This band is INCREDIBLE. I “accidentally” saw them at a free SXSW showcase. No one knew who they were when they started, but the audience was going CRAZY by the end of the first song. It was one of the best sets I’ve ever seen from anyone.

YES! So glad you’re reviewing Fat Dog. I saw them for the first time at Wide Awake festival in London this year and they have one of the most energetic and fun live shows I’ve ever seen. Running is a definite song of the year contender for me

Been listening to this nonstop for the last few days since I saw it on the Bandcamp front page. Great description of the general sound of it Yeah, it's a bit short, but I think Anthony is taking the lyrics more seriously than the album does itself. Putting "I'm not crying for you, I just watched Karate kid 2" in the most somber/emotional track of the album makes me look at the rest of it with more levity and jokey-ness
