fat-free, apple wallnut bites, also, Ff, apple, and banana bites. how to in description below

2 cups oats
2 apples in each you make.
Pinch of salt
2 flat teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
Drop of water if it looks dry. If not, leave it, and the eggs will bind it.
Cinnamon ( optional) skinny salted caramel ( optional) ( coconut ( optional) mix all together greace baking tin like I have or your own cook in airfryer or conventional oven on 160 my cake took 35 minutes! Put a knife in the centre if it has wet on knife, put cake back in for 5 minutes. Add what thing you like. Enjoy!

Hi nanny, I made your cakes and if you put a slice in the microwave a tiny bit when you take them out of the refrigerator the cake gets moist and soft. Maybe this new cake wasn’t sweet enough because you only used 1 apple. I love your cooking and cleaning videos. I watched you make that spouse one day. You’re the best.

Yes a natural sugar but your body treats it the same as regular sugar. That’s also a natural sugar. All sugar is bad for diabetes. All carbs turn into sugar (glucose) in your body. Sad but true.

Don't put so much water in , next time, your can always add a bit more if it looks dry, and if to watery add more potatoes and veg or smash or gravey granules xx
