People can lose weight from eating keto. Eat until satisfied, as often as possible and lose weight. I have never seen a more powerful diet, and I am not even on a diet. Nobody who had done that diet has complained, aside from ketosis, which is just sugar withdrawal. Steak and eggs for breakfast, meatloaf for lunch, chicken for dinner.
