I have a friend who lives there and it's really nice. Everything's clean and well kept and the traffic is minimal. It's such a contrast to be in insane intense traffic going there from downtown Sài Gòn and then land up in a quiet zone where it's chill and peaceful.

@@gregmonger6506 how was he making stupid comparison when he was just showing the price difference between Vietnam and Manhattan and show that in Vietnam, you can still get the full package of experiences (nice apartment, smart home, good view, high rise buildings, etc...). Im pretty sure the guy that commented this know that obviously Manhattan is luxurious and well known so it is expensive. However, some ppl dont seek that need the brand name just to pay 10x more the price and so they settle for Saigon, aint no stupid comparison here fam

We were thinking about renting there at Vinhomes Golden River or City Gardens in BinhThanh, but I've heard that district gets flooded pretty easily. How are really the floods over there? Is it really that bad in rainy season? We would like to avoid getting stuck with water at our knees trying to get home every other day LOL

The floods are over at Vinhomes Central Park, which is Landmark 81, not at Vinhomes Golden River. Although they are relatively close together and both took place on "Nguyen Huu Canh Street", the Vinhomes Central Park part of the street goes crazy during rainy season. Hope this helps.
