Thanks for the response :) We got them down(On Durumu now!) We put everyone on sul, lusted, and once first posession goes out, our melee stayed on sul while our ranged burned personal CDs on the posessed. Has been working wonderfully for our raid comp. Thanks again!

Great guide guys! So you guys are aware, the order is always as follows. Malakk first, then next highest on health of the remaining 3, then next highest on health of the remaining 2, then finally the last one regardless of how much health he has in comparison to the others. After that it goes to what seems like whoever has the highest health. We're not sure if it does cycle through all 4 again after that since we generally had it down by the second set of swaps.

Thanks! We just got them down on Monday actually with the dps first three guys, lust/burn sul(keeping 1 dps w/ a fast interrupt on sul the whole time). Downed them without a single loss.

We have been wiping on Council for almost 50 times now. It is true that the Frost guy will always start, but we have seen all 3 others getting possessed after that as 2nd - most often the roller guy. Also - it is very very rare for us, that he actually goes back to possessing the Frost guy

That mod is Tidy Plates. It doesn't really mark the target, but it changes what the built-in character plates look like when shown (by default the "V" key").

We just started on council. Glad to see it scales up from LFR much more simply that Horridon. 3 healers each doing about 70K. Didn't have a problem with adds - just not enough heals :)

We almost cleaned ToT now,just wanted to give you a few tips because you cared enough to answer my old question. On council best tactcs is to nuke sul all the time and switch to the possessed one,we had every dps doing around 120k dps so one of them was on Sul all the time,if youre lower than that than just everyone switch. On Tortos use heal over time just before quake,use healthstones and druid can use simb on shaman to get a tranq while moving.On megaera remember to spread,the hitbox is huge.

The order is Frost King, then whichever boss is on the highest hp. It's usually Kazra'jin because you have a tank on Mar'li and Sul gets damaged a lot at the start. Then whichever has more hp out of Mar'li and Sul, and then it keeps going round jumping to the one with the highest HP. So if your raid group prefers one of their specials more than another, you can always engineer so you get this one first (by dropping the other three to lower hp)

It is set in stone who gets possessed. At first it is frost, after that it is always the add with most health, meaning you can control it.

heya guys. a suggestion to this fight is having a druid tank geared with dodge to tank malakk. i'm normally doing this on 10 man and normally i don't get more than 7-10 stacks. he just can't hit me at all. as long as you save the Savage Defense for the Fridig Assault phase your good.

Just a quick tip. For our kill we left 2 DPS killing Sul at ALL TIMES and didn't get a single sandstorm, that makes the fight a fuck ton of a lot easier :) So it's easy to 2 heal.

Dont know if anyone else has confirmed this to you already, but the possesed will always go to the boss with highest remaining HP. However in the first 4 posses no boss can be possesed more than once.

alternatively if ur tanks and dps are good, u can stack them all up and cleave them all down, works like a charm even if u dont kill the loa's

since Sul is the boss you´re killing first meaning he is the lowest HP boss, the Loa spirit will walk after Sul to heal him, so make sure Priest and sul, is always far from each other. Except ! when Priest is Empowered, the Loa spirit will not attempt to heal any boss´s, at this point the 2nd tank the one tanking Sul and Frost king will run his 2 boss´s to the priest boss, so you can stack 3 boss´s giving you additional cleave dps.

simplest tactic we did... nuke sand guy to ~50% than switch to the enraged boss while 1 melee was sticking on the sand guy. We menaged to kill him before 1st sandstorm and from that point on is straight home run. Epic video tho =))

You can ask him to share his UI. It looks like bartender 4 to me. For the bars that shows abilities/spells being cast there are many possibilities such as enabling cast bar on unit frame (such as Shadowed Unit Frame), or using special addon such as Quartz or Gnosis

I'm having problems when Sul gets possesed ,im a top healer and i got one shoted from adds than spawn 4 times in the row . Just as soon as the storm ends a ton of adds start moving to me and one shot me,you explained that they spawn in a different way,did they change that ?

This strategy is difficult to execute if you have a melee heavy setup though. As we learnt the hard way with 20+ wipes . What we ended up doing was to pull all the bosses (Kaz aside) on top of each other, ignore the blessed loa spirit and just cleave everything with focus on Sul and just assigned a healer to the guy with the frostbite and didn't stack up at all, since we only had 3 ranged ppl two of which were healer. 2 attempts later we killed them.

I always research fatboss guides to rains before raiding with my guild and im gratified when they reinforce something i worked out for myself, namely - Nuke Sul, no really ignore purple a bit, nuke sul xD Every LFR people be all 'get purple' and be all like BUGGER THAT NUKE SUL and then we nuke sul and everythings cool and im like 'Yeah' So Thanks fatboss!

Much easier tactic, 2 heal, 6 DPS and 2 Tanks. Pop hero at start, nuke Sul until first add, kill add then kill empowered. Leave one Melee and Tank on Sul at all times for interrupts and damage. At each empowerment switch to Sul for 10% of his health and on the 3rd one, kill Sul before switching to empowered boss. Means you never get the Sand Adds up, Sand bolts are gone once he's dead an no more sand traps. Makes the fights extremely trivial.

I don't get why they don't just use the LFR tactics and pop BL at the start nuking sul down carrying on with ranged on purple melee on sul, melee only changing from sul when needed to assist on the possessed or when sul dies obviously. its what my guild does for this fight its so much easier rather then dealing with Sul's possession. to me this just seems like over complicating something which is as simple as LFR.
