Gotta love nerfs to the wardens since Origins Order of people hand-picked by other wardens, people who sacrifice their life by joining the order via ritual JUST to make sure that there's always someone to fight the blight And somehow, with each game their leader get progressively dumber and their soldiers get progressively more of a unquestioning tool, even tho big part of them are recruited from both high and very low social strata, nobles and criminals

@@scarocci7333 "All" is bit of overstatement, considering that entire main body of army of Ferelden also died there and they were overran There's also the fact that order as a whole was banned in Ferelden for almost 200 years before Duncan started rebuilding it 20 years before Origins happened So "All" is honestly overstatement, since if we take it at face value, only actual wardens there are PC, Duncan and Alistar

@@soldiersPL Duncan didn't came alone and other grey warden were present at ostagar, where they all die. You and alistair are literally the last warden left in ferelden. "All" isn't an overstatement, given we only see ONE other grey warden after ostagar, Riordan, who also shorty died after you meet him.

@@scarocci7333 Well, we only really see Duncan as actual Warden in Ostagar so that's what i meant by face value Considering its been 20 years it would've make sense that there's at least few dozen/hundred wardens in there but we got no info about it Aside from that, 2 remaining wardens are caring entire conflict after that point by killing entire armies, so yes, nerfs post-Origins if you ask me

The expression given when they kill the First Warden is just disappointing. It's so plastic and generic; bereft of thought and heart. A far cry compared to any executions from origins and DA2. They look so bland and forgettable. Like the characters from the newest Sainst Row reboot.

@@Dragonage2ftw He didn't have good intel as his "people" failed to report the facts, he had some outsider coming in telling him how to do his job, he had another Warden telling him the lives of the animals were more important than his own men. No, the guy did absolutely nothing wrong. We failed to tell him the facts. His own people failed him even more. The guy was/is a hero. The only one in the entire game.

The Inquisition literally decided the fate of Grey Wardens, they sure as hell can have their allies like Rook bitch them around since they clearly have done nothing but be Thedas' gaping asshole. Just shitty writing from incompetent Bioware writers and a braindead take from a braindead person who thinks the braindead Warden is a hero.
