Op's father is an AH! He owes Op a certified check for 200K. That just to start with. The father, his wife and second son owe Op a sincere apology from each of them. Yeah, well, if they are BOTH Dad's biological children, they are BOTH entitled to support through college. The oldest got none, the youngest got all. Ergo, the familial contract has broken, and OP can leave, stay, or ghost. I would leave, go far away, and stay in contact only with Mom. The residue is not family, just caretakers.
