These views are very valid. My suggestion is that Indian chip designers often lack the focus on designing ICs tailored for specific products. There should be a platform where product companies can present their exact requirements and specifications, allowing VLSI designers to implement them on silicon. The process shouldn't involve designing a chip first and then trying to fit it into a product; instead, product designers should define the chip specifications, which can then be used as a foundation for design.
