I think the dad encouraged the son to do it. When the son was asked if his dad put him up to it he said “absolutely not. If anything, he would have instructed me to never do that”. Statement analysis would have several red flags with this; its a yes or no answer but he feels the need to qualify and convince. The dad’s attitude in court when his son is on trial is very flippant, and his body and verbal language (to me) suggests that he is NOT the killer but is just taking the blame.

@island mike I'm not blaming all parents. I think you misunderstood what I was saying or maybe I didn't say it correctly. I personally know many people who are amazing parents and their kids have issues, but this case is different and it's clear the dad had a major influence on the child. In no way was I saying that if a kid has a problem it's because of bad parenting. I meant that your actions teach your kids more than anything you will ever say to them. You can talk till you're blue in the face, telling your kid right from wrong, but if you're not living that your words are a waste of breath. Lecturing means little, being a good role model means everything. This boy was doing fine until his dad got out of jail and started being a terrible role model, that's all it took. If you're a bad person and your kids see that you're doing them a terrible disservice and this case is a perfect example of that. Lead by example

I live in Louisville. This happened within miles of where I grew up. It was devastating and an absolute shit show. Young was on the news all the time noticeably on drugs, acting a fool, getting arrested, and never making any sense when he spoke. The blame was constantly shifting back and forth between him and the father. Literally, him on the news confessing to doing it and bragging that there was nothing they could do about it now because he had been acquitted. It went back and forth so often, you couldn't have kept count. I think that was the plan the whole time. But they were dumb to think he'd be released from prison as soon as Young confessed to acting alone. It's obvious they both did it....just don't know if they were together during the killing or Gouker went to do other things for an alibi while Young actually killed Trey. Also, maybe not so much in Louisville, but the rest of Kentucky does live up to all the crazy clichés. We DO wear shoes, but the cousin thing is 100% real. If you're not in cahoots with your cousin, you know someone that is! It's unbelievable! 🤢🤮

He is trying so hard to get rid of his guilt, if he can feel guilt, and that is the only thing he could come up with?!! He could have taught his son to play catch, work on cars, or go fishing 🎣 He decided to teach his son to lie, cheat, steal and kill! That is what makes this whole situation completely pathetic 🙄 He should have left his son to be raised in the foster home he was doing so well in! Then, when he was an adult, he could have spent time with him. He could have explained to him that he doesn't want him son to live his life as he did! Actually, the really sad part is, a young boy was murdered for nothing 😢 And, his family has to deal with it!

The way the father can't settle on a reason and was combative when questioned at his son's trial makes me think he's covering for the kid. Now his son can't be charged again so he takes it back. The double jeopardy law needs to be revised to allow for recharging in the case of new evidence. Both father and son are toxic to society.

So the party of the first part, Josh Gouker, had a kid, party of the second part, Josh Young, one of the two of whom killed party of the third part, Trey Zwicker, who was the child of party of the fourth part, Amanda Zwicker, who was seeing party of the first part. When party of the first part butt dialed party of the fourth part she overheard party of the first part trash talking her with party of the fifth part, cousin of party of the first part, who was riding party of the first part. Party of the fourth part was pregnant with party of the first part's child, so she decided to abort the pregnancy. Party of the third part is found dead shortly thereafter, and police come looking for parties of the first and second part, who both abscond to Alabama with a party of the sixth part who quickly becomes irrelevant when she admits she knew the party of the first part and had a bit of a relationship with him. Party of the second part is viewed by police as the murderer, but party of the first part confesses and is convicted of killing party of the third part. Party of the second part is subsequently found not guilty of first degree murder in a separate trial of killing party of the third part. Party of the first part then attempts to retract admission of guilt, claiming he only did so to spare his son, party of the second part, from a life in prison sentence. Judge wags finger at party of the first part and says 'you've lied, you've lied about lying, you're claiming to now tell the truth about lies, and lying, which looks like lying about telling the truth before, which you now claim was a lie, which the jury believed as the truth." The party of the second part writes a letter explaining how and why he killed the party of the third part, which surprisingly matches the story told by the party of the fifth part, the cousin of the party of the first part. For now the party of the second part is stuck getting in and out of jail in an early life that mirrors that of his father, party of the first part. Did that make sense? Because writing it helped me figure out how everyone fit (different from the cousins fitting) together.

Uncle Ho an early embryo is a soulless lump of cells. It would be inhumane to force a woman to go through an unwanted pregnancy, child birth and motherhood because the father denies consent. Abortion through only the mother’s choice isn’t legal because the father’s wishes don’t matter, but because the alternative is severely cruel and unusual punishment.
@cats19704 жыл бұрын
Uncle Ho when an embryo is aborted, it has no brains. If a person is braindead, even if every single other cell in their body works fine, they’re gone. And I’m not talking coma which is completely different. Without a brain our flesh may survive on a machine, but we won’t be there. That’s why I believe sn embryo or even a foetus is not there with a mind when it has no brain. It will only be tissue and reflexes (if it can even have electric pulses yet depending on the stage).
@cats19704 жыл бұрын
Uncle Ho If I’m on life support while fully braindead and someone was to run in and pull the plug, it would be several things. It would rob my family of the planned way to say goodbye (like cremating a planned to be buried person would). It would rob any receivers of my donated organs of their best chance of survival. But it would not rob me of my life, because I was already dead. A heart beats when we pump electric salt water through it. That doesn’t mean it’s alive. I would already be gone, so from my eyes the crime would be closer to desecration of a corpse or bodily harm through damaging donated organs. No one has ever woken up from being braindead. It is irreversible death of the brain and the person is no longer there.

@@justin456 Right.. I've always said folks from Florida are southern yankees because they've all moved in down there to retire and end up with family following them. They most def do not have a southern accent and are pretty backwards from the rest of the south for sure.

No sympathy for the mother. Just the unborn child she murdered and Trey. She brought the monsters into her kids home and then murdered her own baby because her POS husband was talking shit about her. She and Josh were made for each other. Both were never fit to be parents

It is apparently from Nation of Islam, where the surname is given up as it is considered a slavery name. Like as in Malcolm X, I believe. There must be a Christopher X in their local church, hence this Christopher is 2X.
