The reason why I say this is because a lot of low-income families do work they just can't get a living wage with a good job here in the US. and I don't think that if a woman really desires children that they should be denied that. Have more children if you can afford it. I don't think anyone should be deprived having child if they really want and are going to take care of them while low income but I also don't think that they should be allowed to have more than two. That will put a strain on tax payers. Unfortunately you do have idiots here that'll have child after child after child just to get benefits and it sickens me.

The thing about that is the majority of people who commit violent acts with intentions of murder, outside of gang activity / the societal underground, they target one person for spesific reasons. If you were to stop anyone with a violent incident in their past from having children, the children would starve. Unless you want to basically give them to the financially capable, when then you've got a whole new list of characters to investigate, because it's a burden that the regular, working class, already almost bled dry tax payer couldn't support. There has to be a more discretionary way to isolate the people like this guy from people who had a mad two minutes. Keeping the distinction between those two totally different situations is important.

I love how he gets all indignant "I don't care what you think about my having 17 kids because at the end of the day it's my life and my business". Well, that's not exactly true, you piece of garbage. When the people are paying for all your kids because your worthless hide is too sorry to work, it actually becomes the business of all those people who are raising your children. Oh, and Mick, BTW, for what you did to your children, England should reinstate the death penalty so you could have the honor of being the first person executed under the new law. When I see those two decent men who cry because they were unable to rescue the children and their own father is reminding their mother to cry a little, it makes me ill. I hope those men have found some peace by knowing that they did their best to rescue the children and NO ONE is to blame for the children's deaths except the scumbag parents. **** I don't believe the interview with the men who made the heroic effort to rescue the children and cried while they explained how they were unable to do so was included in this particular piece but I saw it on another story about the children who died at the hands of their own mother and father. They were good and decent men and the very real grief they showed at their inability to save the children is in sharp contrast with the POS "father" who scrubbed at his eyes even though they were dry as could be and then asked his wife if she had cried while she told the story to the cops and/or the media.

SENTENCED to 7yrs, he’s not even on parole for life! In the US you rarely get a flat sentence (meaning no probation or parole after prison/jail) for any charge, let alone a murder! This guy was CONVICTED of a murder charge, and isn’t even sentenced to any supervision. This is what happens in the UK and Canada, and they almost always reoffend for the same crime they’d usually be under supervision for in the US. Unfortunately you have countries going to the extreme of both sides when it comes to the legal system. US acts far too harsh in a lot of scenarios they shouldn’t such as drug possession and other non violent offenses. And you have countries like UK and Canada who are way too lenient when it comes to serious crimes like murder and assault. Canada has has multiple cases where murderers get out in under 15 years and murder someone else. There should be zero tolerance for murder and serious assault. If someone is seriously remorseful sometimes they shouldn’t rot in prison either. But people often need supervision after release, especially in cases where the person has done a long prison stay.
@ZombieSazza3 жыл бұрын
@@unclefranklin4575 there’s stricter laws now, but a decade ago the laws regarding domestic abuse weren’t that great, they didn’t even acknowledge psychological abuse. I’ve complained to police about my abusive natural family because they’ve committed hate crimes against me (homophobia and ableism) and whilst they can charge them under hate crime laws, they won’t offer a restraining order, that’s something I’ve to do myself. Britain’s criminal justice system is a farce because it has a vastly increased population while still operating a prison infrastructure with capacities mostly dating to the Victorian era (plus arsehole judges). Like so many things shit about this country, like its rail network, it’s due to the country being first, in this case pioneering incarceration as an alternative to execution or deportation, while being terminally unable since the mid-50s to engage in government capital infrastructure investment, mindful of genuine future need.

I don't really lean to the "let's give a sextuple murderer 2 years in prison" or "let's give a guy who smoked weed 99 years in prion" side of the isle. The system should first and foremost FORCE the perpetrator to give back to the victim what they damaged and that includes organs. Still though, It is funny how liberals are starting to get fed up with the sentencing in particular. Even if you don't at all care about justice and simply see prison as a crime deterrent it fails at that. This man should have been put away for life so that he never would have offended again. @@Kunfucious577 Most people are hard working-- especially the poor-- and yes they are owed the taxes they pay into the system. Grifters like this trapping 16 yr olds with 5 kids are actually not the norm no matter how this infuriates you.

Fizzlewiggle. Used to be 15 for murder. Serve 10. It was less because was not murder. Now there has been some cases where they get whole life no parole but it's rare.
