It's VERY fun to compare big companies' mayos with a simple English cucumber! My mother's favorite is Herman since she was a child that I've personally never liked that much. To me, it was too oily and heavy. Sir Kensington mayonnaise has both real classic mayo and vegan.I like that taste (especially Chipotle Vmayo) and some big fans of Sir K are surely existing. If only other type of Vmayo are available, I usually add lemon or lime juice in it. BTW, Mayo in Taiwan is very sweet and I can live without it.
