Fattoush is my favorite salad ever, the crunchy pita bread is amazing. Simple,Easy , Delisious yet so filing
Here is what you need
lettuce
tomato
onion
parsely
cucumber
bell peppers red, green, orange any that you like
lemon
purslane it is seasonal
radish
pita bread
olive oil
sumac
mint fresh or dried
garlic powder
onion powder
salt and pepper
garlic
Chili powder
pomegranate molasses

i personally preferred frying the breads for fatoush looks so yummy and crispy, the once you fried in the over looked burnt and odd
