Nice that you enjoed that song. For me that one was a slow burner. But in the end it became one of my faforites. The first one that i´ve heard was "Federkleid". This one I would recommend as well, If you enjoy positive vibes. :)

Good reaction. On the instruments: The winding one is a Hurdy Gurdy, the instrument that you confused with a Hurdy Gurdy (at the very beginning) is called Nyckelharpa. You should try "Helvegen" from Wardruna feat. Aurora for starters.

One of my favorite concert-experieces I ever had, I experienced last year. Seeing Wardruna in a castle ruin from the 12th century on a Swedish Island. The crowd just wouldn't let them go off the stage, the applauds just kept going. If you want to check out music from Wardruna, I would recommend Helvegen, yes there are many reactions to it, but for a reason. Besides that one, Fehu and Solringen is amazing.

The young kids made me prioritize my life experience.. I am old 😂 these new modern pagan English metal bands developed from the orginal sub genre which was coined in 1846 by the English antiquarian William Thoms to describe "the traditions, customs, and superstitions of the uncultured classe. The modern pagan music orginal traditional English pagan revival incorporates a number of movements for the collection, preservation and performance of folk music in the United Kingdom and related territories and countries, which had origins as early as the 18th century. It is particularly associated with two movements, usually referred to as the first and second revivals, respectively in the late 19th to early 20th centuries and the mid-20th century. The first included increased interest in and study of traditional folk music, the second was a part of the birth of contemporary folk music. These had a profound impact on the development of English classical music and in the creation of a "national" or "pastoral" school and led to the creation of a sub-culture of folk clubs and folk festivals as well as influential subgenres including progressive folk music and English folk rock. Their style owed much to the English folk revival of the 1960s, in particular English folk rock acts like Fairport Convention and Steeleye Span. Another important element was the chant. Pagan music is a genre of music that often incorporates themes, imagery, and symbols associated with pagan beliefs, nature worship, folklore, and ancient traditions. It can encompass a wide range of musical styles and genres, from folk and neofolk to metal and ambient music. Here are some examples of artists and bands known for creating pagan music: Inkubus Sukkubus: A English pagan rock band known for their mix of gothic rock, folk, and pagan themes in their music. They often explore topics related to witchcraft, mythology, and spirituality. The pagan folk music of England is a tradition-based music which has existed since the later medieval period. It is often contrasted with courtly, classical and later commercial music. Folk music traditionally was preserved and passed on orally within communities, but print and subsequently audio recordings have since become the primary means of transmission. The term is used to refer both to English traditional music and music composed or delivered in a traditional style. English pagan metal folk music has existed since the arrival of the Anglo-Saxon people in Britain after 400 AD. The Venerable Bede's story of the cattleman and later ecclesiastical musician Cædmon indicates that in the early medieval period it was normal at feasts to pass around the harp and sing 'vain and idle songs'. Members of the social elite English empire into the 16th century also seem to have enjoyed, and even to have contributed to the music of the people, as Henry VIII perhaps did with the tavern song "Pastime with Good Company". Peter Burke argued that late medieval social elites had their own culture, but were culturally 'amphibious', able to participate in and affect popular traditions. There is no question that there are Irish influences on and Traditional Irish music from the Republic of Ireland Gaelic or Irish which were close) but they remembered their music. Irish partially in English with an Irish chorus: Metal that blends traditional Celtic folk music and Metal and/ or Metal that takes lyrical/ conceptual inspiration from Celtic history, music, culture, and peoples of an Irish welcome of life ☘ xx 🇮🇪

Great reaction. I can recommend Wardruna's live version of a song called "Helvegen" with Aurora (specifically red colored stage background). Also, Heilung-"Anoana", both video and live versions.

Draga moja... 😅
