I didn’t realize it until was actually in therapy for anxiety and ADHD, but candles are very calming for me. I don’t even have to smell them, just the flickering flame is helpful for me.

I loooooove my weighted blanket. It not only helps my anxiety when my brain is more active at night,, but it also helps my restless legs. It also keeps me quite warm, and I'm ALWAYS cold.

The hot and cold mask reminds me of the DBT distress tolerance skill TIPP! The T is for temperature (the other three letters stand for intense exercise, paced breathing, and paired muscle relaxation in case anyone is wondering).

Mindfulness is key to manage anxiety. I wish I had started meditating years ago because I can truly say it has changed my life and I no longer depend on medication to deal with anxiety. I cannot recommend it enough.

I love using Tangles, they are figet toys, if i don't use them i start picking at the skin around my finger nails. Also the hot and cold mask i'm going to buy, i can't use Amazon in my country but i'm going to Google for it because i think it could help me when i'm dissociating i got a OSDD and a few weeks ago i got myself out of a dissociation with a frozen element out of my freezer, i held it in my hands but maybe it would work better on my face, thats why i want the mask. Thanks so much loving your video's!

Weird request: do you have workbook suggestions that use minimal references to "fear" and "mindfulness"? Whenever I hear either of these terms I have a _very_ strong "check-out" mental response.

I check out when I hear mindfulness too 🤷🏻♀️

I loveee these, I love using aromatherapy & I really want a weighted blanket, but I have an electrical heat blanket, a bunch of stress toys & a bunch of essential oils. I really feel like I need the last one tho bc I'm soooo fidgety and have no focus 😂 now you got me on Amazon, thanks 😂
