Just finished reading Kiss of Deception, and I agree about Lia and Rafe so much. I adore them, definitely the best part of the book for me. Can't wait to read the rest of the series.

I know that this is a fairly old video, but if you haven't yet I definitely recommend you finishing the Shifters series. I see where you're coming from for not liking Faythe and Marc in the second book, but personally I feel like their relationship gets a lot better as the series goes on! ^^

Ok, I need to re-read We Were Liars. I loved that book in the first place, but your reaction to the audiobook has convinced me I need to listen to it. Whenever I see The Falling Kingdoms series I think of your videos, and I am promising myself that 2016 is the year I read it. Slow burn romances are my absolute favourite. A slow burn romance that I LOVE is Han and Raisa from The Seven Realms series by Cinda Williams Chima. Oh. My. God. The wait was painful, but the pain was so good.

I had to go back through the 72 books I read last year to see an I came up with a top five! 5) Hayley & Finn from The Impossible Knife of Memory because Finn is so protective of Hayley! they're realistic and so cute and the way Finn protects Hayley is how I wish my crush protected me! 4) Sydney & Mac from Saint Anything because the slow burn and realism. I was wary of Sarah Dessen cause I thought insta love would be involved but this book broke everything I had perceived about her! Mac and Sydney were real and talked about there relationship before falling into it! 3) Lola & Cricket from Lola and the Boy Next Door because his unwavering love for her and the way they constantly go back to each other. not 100% realistic but it made my love sick heart go wild! my number 2 & 1 are the exact same as yours! Lia & Rafe and Magnus & Cleo are my everything babies that I just want to hold near and dear!! 😍😢❤

I just went through my list of (41) books I read in 2014 to make a list of couples and could only think of 6! Divided over 4 books, and 3 of them I didn't even like. There were some other couples I read about but they were either really insignificant or just hella wrong and abusive and meant to be portrayed that way. 2015 was a rough year for romance apparently. My favourite ones were Jane and Bingley (I read P&P and did NOT like Elizabeth and Darcy. Please don't hate me.), Kestrel and Arin and my top favourite one happens in The Well of Ascension, but it's not there yet in The Final Empire so I won't spoil it, but READ IT so we can talk about it because I think you'll enjoy it too! It's quite different but it's so wonderful and it broke me. (And I'm not talking about Vin and Elend because I wasn't a fan of their romance in TWoA. xD)

I found that when I read Switched (by Amanda Hocking) although I liked the storyline, I didn't quite like the relationship between the two main characters. I thought that the protagonist was relying on being rescued by the boy a lot of the time, which was quite annoying. I basically gave up on finishing the series after that, I didn't feel like I wanted to read on.

My top 5 OTPs are:5) Bella and Edward because they were the first couple I really read about and I was SO team Edward. 4) Adult I know but Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter couples - I can't choose just one, although I haven't read all of the books yet. 3) Feyrah and Tamlin - I liked them. I thought the way Tamlin protected Feyrah was sweet and showed that he loved her. I hate Rhysand however. 2) Sharzhard and Khalid from the Wrath And The Dawn. They hate each other at first but then learn to love each other. 1) Diana Bishop and Matthew Clairmont from The All Souls Trilogy! I LOVE this romance SO MUCH! It's paranormal and forbidden and I highly recommend reading this series for everything from the history, characters, settings, plot and of course the romance!
