As a senior citizen i have invested in MAHANA MUNAFA scheme in a bank.where bank deduct withholding tax every mont @ 15% Iam a filer but i have not showed bank munafa thinking that on this income Tax has already been paid. I requested my tax lawyer to show this income in return but he says FBR will question it.

You must declare that profit because it has already taxed. The lawyer you have he is making you fool because he does not know properly the taxation law.
