Bobby White The only season passes that I'll buy are for Forza Motorsport since the content(the new cars) is pretty legit. Well, I would if Turn 10 hadn't completely FUCKED the ever loving shit out of the handling when using a controller. And, I'd buy a wheel if a legitimately good one didn't cost $400+ once you get a something with real deal force feedback, a pedal assembly that actually has a fawkin clutch pedal(I mean, Seriously?!), and of course pay extra for an H-pattern shifter that is NEVER included. ...which is to say, I'll never buy a season pass.

max larsen The funny thing is, the arcade editor hasn't been improved all that much on the consoles since launch. I made a giant REALISTIC improvements, community driven request post on the forums months ago, only to see it completely ignored by the devs/admins, despite getting a large response from the community. I was then disappointed to see that they were happy to respond to other non-hot , one point posts with nothing short of a novel. I love level designing, and the Far Cry Editor is a great bit of kit, but simple features that are missing and the fact that anyone can steal your work and claim it as their own turned me off in a matter of weeks..

Lord Zephyros Blood Dragon wasn't DLC. It was a standalone expansion. Big difference. These are just 1 hour missions in a different setting. Very boring and mediocre.

They actually made fun of it too in this dlc, it is all a joke really, when Hurk introduces you to the towers he says: " By the way, I'm sorry some things are not as advanced as in Montana " (Not 100% accurate but that's the meaning of what he wanted to say, if I'm not mistaken)

I enjoyed FC5 and when it was over, I found myself longing for a viable reason to remain in the wonderful environment which Ubisoft had created. I hoped there would be DLC to make me return there, even hopefully expanding on the environment which - to be frank - I felt was rather small... When I saw what the content held for the promised DLC, I was sorely disappointed. I am not in the least bit surprised that they are getting poor reviews. It's a missed opportunity, once more, for us gamers..

For some reason it looks like Evolve is Evolve was an actual single player game. Whether it's better, that's debatable. At least Mars looks pretty though, I do love that planet so it's nice to see games visit it from time to time. I wish Venus or Mercury got more love though. Acid rain n' shit.

Kronickillness Nikolaos Yeah, the issue is that the 1942 servers have a ton of ping. It sucks but still bots is great. Get BF1943 for Xbox360 or PS3. It is one of the few reasons I keep that thing around. It is truly one of the best remasters that is very underrated. I’ve played ravenfield for a very long time and I love this trench warfare map. Those are wargame recommendations to you. You really seem to need it.

It's not actually made by the official Ubi, while Ubisoft was working on FC5, Ubisoft Shanghai was working on these DLC's, so it took almost as long as the real game took

Too bad they're just throwing these out for the sake of it. But even with that mentality an infant could have thought of something better. Maybe just copy DOOM or do more of a classic sci-fi thing like Fallout did with Forbidden Planet inspired weapons. And I personally don't get satisfaction out of killing anything other than human enemies in games. But if you *HAVE* to have bugs in... make them easy to kill and multiply them by 10 (basic stuff.)

I don't even have this game nor DLC. But as soon as I saw this I instantly thought of the Far Cry 3 (DLC?) they did years ago. Blood Dragon was good random fun and that's pretty much what this DLC is and it just takes a certain few to appreciate a developer taking their game and making something completely new to mess with instead of the somewhat serious story.

I'm a big fan of Far Cry too. Loved the first three, I did like the fourth one but I could tell the series was going down hill from there in my opinion. But I have to say, from watching this video, I could see just how the atmosphere of Mars could get boring very quickly. It's like when you are walking about in sand dunes abroad, it's nice for a bit, to take some pictures, but after 10 minutes you just want to walk out of it since there's nothing else to look at lol

Mack I played on PC and steam ... I'm hooked now! iracing , American truck sim , Euro Truck Sim !!!!! Review the simulator games more!!!!!! I used Display port to HDMI so it's playing on my 4k 50inch tv and surround sound. Wheel and pedals are Thursmaster T150 pro with TH8 shifter plus I bought the SnKS big truck style shifter !!!!!!

Good review Mack. Thanks. I think too many people are over hyped for this DLC, it’s too simplistic. And offers nothing more than a arcade style “pick me up” something curious, something a bit too short and nothing special. Once you get over the “wow” factor of the Mars environment then all we have is a repetitive arcady style chapter and nothing more. The humour is excellent from the characters and at least that effect keeps you engaged enough to want to see the end game and of course to complete the story line. I really like the Far Cry series and did enjoy Far Cry 5 but this short DLC leaves me feeling a bit bored after two hours of gameplay. Ah well hears hoping for the next Far Cry in the future to offer something special and different.
