I've had the worst panic attacks of my life at least once a day for the last few weeks to the point where my heart was racing so fast I've called an ambulance, twice. I've just started trying tapping and while I'm still anxious, I'm not panicking and my heart rate isn't through the roof. Thanks for not wasting any time and getting right into it.

These pharmacists literally got me thinking I'm going to be in big trouble if I run out of my anxiety medicine early and for some reason my biggest fear is I'm gonna go to jail or get arrested if I run out early and I start OCDing, Overthinking and panicking about it because I live in a small town with people who literally abuse these and I assume they're gonna assume I'm one of them. Which is silly IMHO and I never gotten into trouble for running out early. Etc. And the pharmacists think you're an addict or make you think you're one for being on it which triggers one of my fears. Had this problem ever since my Walmart called me an addict. :( Even tho I'm taking them as prescribed. I've been told I should have more before my refill etc which is making me panic right now. Acting like they're on a power trip etc. Should I tap on this when I start feeling this way?? This literally helped me bring down my panic attacks down and I always am responsible with my medications. :( Need a tapping for the pharmacy. I develop a huge fear lately because of it. :( Sorry for mentioning this btw. It's sad pharmacies treat normal people like crap if you're on meds. :( And accuse you for abusing them etc. Especially if you live in a town full of actual addicts. Wish I can move. :(

Wow, Thank you. Could i ask a question? Do you think its necessary to discover what triggered the "original" panic attack and work to resolve that issue/s? My problem is im not sure what the trigger could have been but it was way back in my teenage years i think when i first experienced a panic attack, but they manifest in a number of situations now so its hard to know what the "trigger" is?
@Julieschiffman3 жыл бұрын
It may be important to tap on the first time you had one. Tap on the experience, the feeling, the circumstances around it. May help you to uncover what the underlying cause is. Panic attacks definitely have a message for you. Listen to what it’s saying. Tap on it. Good work! 💜

I have the exact same worry. I feel like what I just experienced could have been from who I was talking to in the moment, or who I interacted with or something from yesterday or months ago. I just don’t know what triggered it. So scary.

Can you please tell me if, tapping should be done in morning or evening?? Or can I do this tapping at any time??

Tapping can be done anytime. Different times of day for different issues can be helpful. if you are struggling with anxiety, I suggest tapping in the morning when you get up to create your day and calm your nervous system (I have a video for that too). I’m sure this helps but I need something I can do in my car . I would have people thinking I’m crazy if they seen me 😆lol. I have a history of pass out spells that come out of the blue when my blood pressure drops too low. I inherited it on my dads side. It’s very traumatic experience and I feel like I woke up from a deep coma sleep . I’ve passed out in public a few times that was very embarrassing. Thankfully I haven’t in a few years. Drs could not figure out why it happens so I can’t prevent it. I just drink lots of water and not get dehydrated. I now have anxiety panic attacks for fear of a passing out spell may come on when driving on freeway and if out in public and feel trapped with no fast escape route. even at a busy traffic light it’s really affecting my quality of life negitvely. If there’s a tapping exercise I could do that’s not on my face so people could see when I’m my car let’s say at a light that be GREAT! lol

Our of the blue I felt like I was going to pass out, eyes felt hazy and I immediately went to my panic help which is my cold water bottle. I got it and literally had to sit on the floor because I was so afraid I would pass out. This took many sips of water and literally just tapping really fast and out of control to stop it. I am currently racking my brain to figure out what subconscious thing could have caused this. What if we don’t know why it happened?? That’s my fear. I know we can work through emotions but what if our brain associates something with a past fear and just does the same thing next time that gets unknowingly triggered?
@Julieschiffman3 жыл бұрын
Sounds intense but glad you immediately started tapping. Great question and this is the time to do some detective work. Your body is clearly trying to get your attention and if you are not clear on what causes you to feel unsafe in certain situations, you may want to reach out for help. Sometimes we can’t see our own stuff! 💜
