Locket- Maybe your problem with your mom may not seem too serious to you because “other people have it worse,” or some other reasons only you know of, but if you’re turning to alcohol, you probably need help. You sound like you want an actual solution but alcohol won’t do anything but increase your problems and the same goes for smoking. It’s hard. Here, none of the definitions fit the criteria or have very poor resonance with the sentence. Would sulking over the past make me cheat my future? No. It'll simply shape my future in a way where I sulk over the past. Would reminiscing the past cheat my future? No again, it'll just shape my future in a way where I recall moments of my life. That's when I think it's relevant. Hi, this video changed my life 2 years ago. I was fresh out of college and let go from my first and dream job, in a very unfair company situation through no fault of my own. It felt like heartbreak. I have never realised how sad i really am. I get stuck and focus on negative. Today I noticed that I have been hung up on someone doing something that didn't sit right within my beliefs, I saw them today for the first time in a while, it struck me how happy this person looked. All that I have been stuck on, never impacted on their outlook, so I have to change how to not let it (negative thoughts) impact on my day and outlook. Hello Jamie. I'm hurting too. I know you don't want to hear this because I certainly did not, but it will get better. Day by Day, it Will get better. However, not in even steps. One day you are better, but not OK, and the next day you actually feel like your old self. Most days you can't accept what is happening to you. It will get better. You must believe it will get better simple because it certainly will. This is the sad part however. In those moment, when we feel the most despair, dread and loss of hope, there is nothing we can do but reachout to each other in those moments. Shit doesn’t work out sometime, just gotta brush yourself off, say “that fuckin sucked,” breathe, and do shit that makes you happy. Hi, i was once in such a situation. My ex cheated on me with his ex and she got pregnant and he didn't tell me, i saw conversations on his phone and when i asked him he lied about... i was so fucking blind to see but after a week he called me, confessed and broke up with me.. i thought i loved him so much that time that i was even willing to stay with him as he provides for the baby on the side but he completely refused to stay with me and he went to the other girl. I would go home and cry every night, call him and beg him at least to meet just so we could at least talk things over but he wouldn't even pick. I was breaking down so i went to a Church priest for advise and help because i was loosing my mind that time. He told me instead of calling him or texting him all the time. I should write letters to him but not send them at all. So i went home n started doing it. Every time i thought of him, or about texting him, i would write a letter addressed to him with all the things i was thinking of. In a few days i didn't text him, after a few letters i found myself writing in the letters all the things that i didn't like about him. Then afterwards i burned all the letters and at that point, all the anger, hurt and pain i had left me.... Its not easy but it works. Hope it helps someone out there as it helped me. Now am in another relationship and am so happy.
