About ten years ago, i went to Poland for the wedding of a close friend, and i was introduced to a popular combination there: beer and Sprite! I know it sounds ridiculous, but it is so refreshing, and of course cuts down on the level of alcohol consumption. It has stuck with me, though i do get a few weird looks when i order/drink it back here in the states. 10/10 highly recommend.

Hey Taylor, ok, recs for non-alcoholic beer - Just the haze from Sam Adams, Wellbeing coffee brew, intentional IPA and Golden, Lagunitas Hop refresher, Athletic brewing, Surreal brewing, you need to get to a Total Wine for the best selection. Also check out Hoplark, for a wide selection of hop teas that are carbonated and not really NA beers, but has the spirit of hops and beers. Fre wine is decent for mixing with other red wines and is ok on it's own, it is also the most widely available. Check out Stella wines, while not NA, are low alcohol at about 5%.

Hi Taylor! Have you tried The Wand - wine purifier? It removes the sulfates from wines that cause hangovers. I know that you have migraines, and am not diminishing those.
