What I don’t understand is, on one hand we are told the stock market will crash and yet on the other we are told ways of investing in the stock market. Oxymoron or paradox? I'm considering investing over 150k, but I'm uncertain about risk mitigation strategies.

Buy high dividend yield etf or companies that are recession proof and give dividend like Costco,target,at&t,pessi... Very likely market will crash in mid late 2025 so if you can't digest huge volatility avoid crypto, growth stock until 2026-2027. Physical gold and silver are good long term 3-5 upcoming years asset to hold as well
