The newer motors are completely smooth and the GEs like this have a little bit of a inwards lump in it, as seen here. Best seen around 6:40

Actually this year's drill was at 6:45 PM and that might be the new permanent time of the evening drill going forward but you can ask Hennepin County Emergency Management

so Hennepin County was late too? Idk why they moved the evening drill to 6:45 but Anoka County didn't go off until 6:55 just like in years past my weather radio however did go off at 6:45

JPa311979 ya back in 2009 there was no damage and it was cd yellow now it's dented and the cd yellow faded

To me it appears that it is the same as it was in 2009 and that the video was just recorded from a different angle.
