Are you living in fantasy land? He owns businesses throughout Northern California. He met people in federal prison will who release to areas all throughout Northern California. They are looking for work. I know people in the halfway house who have permission to drive more than 80 miles to work each day. Some have three hours to get to and from. So for purposes of working after prison, it’s the same exact area.
