OMG! Two of my favourite KZbin creators on one episode. Justin’s truthfulness and the way he has converted former criminality into what is effectively a public service is humbling. As always, love the channel!

Good you learned. Ethics is essential in our world. We all make mistakes but making amends is essential. Good faith effort goes a long ways.

I love this! I've been watching Justin's videos for a while now. Get his name out there, more people need to hear what he has to say. His msg can help motivate and inspire even if you don't have a criminal history. I'm not necessarily his target audience but I've made mistakes and have experiences that make life seem bleak. His advice about using every opportunity to make yourself better instead of wallowing in shame or denial has been very helpful to me. I highly recommend his channel.

I have never been to prison. I know lots of people who have been to prison. They have some real insights that are useful to everyone

So two take aways I have from this video and Justin let me just say in my opinion this is one of your most commanding interviews I've seen thus far. 1. With no disrespect to this gentleman, I would have thought he would have learned the correct pronunciation of your name after watching all of your tik toks and I'm sure watching some of your other videos. He butchered your name worse than the guy from the Texas chainsaw massacre movies! 2. I believe that you have such knowledge and experience now as to your profession that when you are asked questions you speak with such expertise and give 100% concise, cohesive and consistent answers. I absolutely believe that people on both sides of the criminal justice system, the criminals themselves and lawyers and perhaps even PO's and judges need to hear what you have to say. In a perfect world if anyone who committed a crime were to just take 25% of your advice to heart I believe that we would never have a repeat offender. In any event my friend you gave an insightful interview and provided invaluable information as always. Continued best wishes and great success with your business!

I must say that watching WCA has given me an entirely new perspective on non-violent crime. In the past I’ve had only contempt for those who have been convicted. Madoff says he’s sorry; Boesky is photographed with a white beard and Talmud in his hand, etc. etc. and many more. But now I see how they may have slid into doing things that they know are wrong, down a slippery slope, and suddenly they realize there is no way out. I won’t say that I have much sympathy for them, but my perspective has changed.

Great video! If you’d be willing, I would be very interested on your take as to what, if anything, Shayna Hubers can do to get parole in 2030. I really enjoy your content Justin!

If, as I've heard, 99% of Security violation cases result in a conviction, and if, as I've heard, almost all lawyers who defend in such cases say they've never had a client they believed was innocent, would not the best way to seek a shorter sentence be to. 1. Plead guilty. 2. Fire your defense team. Doing away with a jury trial saves the court money and the judge irritation. Firing your lawyers saves money for restitution, and anyway, they are just there to be first in line for a payout before the injured parties get what's rightfully theirs.

Hi. Are you familiar with Nick Godejohn? I plan to email his prison

I’m not.

@@WhiteCollarAdviceOfficial Oh. Well, he's this intellectually disabled man on the spectrum who kiIIed Dee Dee Blanchard, a vile woman with Munchausen by Proxy, to help her abused and exploited "sick" daughter. He got prison for life, but I don't understand why the sentence is permanent, given his victim was a dangerous beast. I want to email his prison to appeal to his right of freedom and parole. Could I maybe show you my practice email? I don't want the prison getting the wrong impression, like "Oh, murder is fine. Just let the guy go. I don't care he kiIIed someone?" That's one of the main reasons I want to check the email address with anyone who has business regarding prison.

He is the guy who conspired w Dee Dee blanchard’s daughter to murder her and then run away w that daughter … Dee Dee was a major fraudster and she was using her daughter as a fraud partner/subject, so her daughter wound up killing her or getting nick godejohn to do it in order to get away from her control and madness.
