I will be fishing the river at lenwade in the summer if you fancy meeting I am trying to catch a barble and chub. Have managed some nice nets of roach and dace.

Nice one +Gary Adams the Chub shouldn't be too hard to catch although the Barbel is a different story! Unfortunately the Otters have cleared 99% of them out... :-(

I'm assuming you are fishing a commercial venue...fed with manmade pellets 🙄 Now.. take a bucket of each groundbait & fish a wild venue... 😂

I don't think so +Fishes worst enemy altho I don't know. In the UK with can't take or eat them because they belong to the fishery owner, so are returned carefully to the water.

If they find it they'll eat it, the mix and it's contents are irrelevant. Fish are really not that fussy

I agree mate, but somethings are definitely more appealing than others. I think it depends a bit on weather and conditions too.
