Bruce has that rare ability of being an American who can connect with the emotions and souls of the globally disenfranchised.

This is the Official State Song of New Jersey. Bruce wound up marrying the red head female singer, Ms. Patti Scialfa, about 30 years ago now. Saw Bruce live one time, at a U2 concert in Philadelphia. He came on during the encore to play Guitar and sing "Stand By Me" with Bono and the rest of U2. Great show.

You can tell by this video how much fun the band has onstage and how much it affects the audience. Bruce normally puts on shows of at least 3 hours, and the energy level is at that point pretty much the whole show. Bruce has said before that being onstage is like therapy for him.

Once again, you're cooking tonight Jarvis! This time, the Boss. Anyway, that's the persona we have of him today. I remember as a 16 year old hearing this song for the first time, and it was fire! The operatic quality of this song has always sounded magnificent and majestic to me. And another 35 year old solo artist named John Lennon had his eye on the (at that time) young Springsteen as a rising talent. Typical Lennon; always had to get his shot in, as he said in an interview about this time about Springsteen, "yeah, he's great, but let's see how he handles the pressure of fame!" Sadly, John didn't live long to see that Springsteen has handled it well enough to have a very long, productive career. This is a great song. Kudos to the Patreon who suggested it and to you Jarvis, with your great programs. You're riding a hot streak!!!

Man, Springsteen is all about passion! And I forgot just how good the E Street Band was. Massive talents, all. Clarence Clemmons who Springsteen always called "The Big Man", who sadly passed away some years ago. And Steven Van Zandt on guitar. Not able to name the keyboardist and drummer, but this band was tight and was good! Epic performance; not possible not to feel the power of that performance. A lot more Springsteen as he's had a long career. I used to had his 1978 album "Darkness on the Edge of Town", which is a great Springsteen album with some classic songs. Might suggest some of these. Jarvis, thanks to you and all of the Patreons you are really putting me in touch with my passions and really helping me to live my best life. So good to have these programs with great music to come home from work to.

he is absolutely electric in concert. played for 4 hours with almost no break. His song The River... watch THAT one live. It's based on a true story about his brother in law and sister...That said, my favorite version of Born to Run , is the original studio version. It really thunders. Oh, and at the end, the audience are all yelling "Bruuuuuuuuuuuuce!"

More Boss! Early, mid, late career - all fantastic. Bruce is an incredibly *nice* person, and has gone out of his way countless times for fans, financially, and personally. He looks that good now too. He is crazy athletic and passionate onstage, and gives very long concerts. Some of the things he did onstage were pretty mind-blowing in a physical sense. Second favorite concert (after U2) and I've seen loads of them!

Bruce Springsteen hails from my great state f New Jersey! He got famous playing at a small club down in Asbury Park called the Stone Pony.He is a well loved hometown boy who plays with great energy and great lyrics! The incomparable Clarence Clemmons is the one slaying the sax! P.S.Another great New Jersey native is Jon Bon Jovi...🎙🎶🤘

Also, holy cow I could give you some really great suggestions based on what I’ve seen you watched. You’ve watched good bands with their odd songs. I have no idea what your background is as far as knowing rock, new wave, grunge all that stuff. But based on what you watched, I could take anyone of those bands and give you a better video to watch.

Not sure what that has to do with what I said, but either way based on the words you are saying you clearly don't understand the copyright process. If you did you would understand why I'm saying what I'm saying. 2006 was many moons ago and youtube is not the same as it was. Was your channel monetized? Did you submit any copyright claims?

I like your videos, but I wish you would give a little more upfront before you jump into it. Have you heard the song before? Do you know the artist? Do you know anything from the artist? Do you have any recollection of anything from this artist in whatever form? Personally, it means a lot to me if you’ve heard the song before or if it’s a first time listen. I think we need to know that and you’ll also get much bigger ratings. Need a little bit more of you and what you know.
