Steps for relaxation : 1.stretching 2. Hot water shower 3. Take muscle relaxants from doctors. 4.use a roller( belan at home). 5. Add a tinch of turmeric in milk.. And drink it. . Thnx you all for liking my comment. You are awesome.! 😇

I know but i tried taking a hot shower after my workout and the pain got even much worse , why ? Because it depends on where you live if you live in areas where the climate is warm and harsh its better to take a cold shower

Worst muscle soreness is after leg day when you walk and your legs feel like they will fall apart at any second. Cold water shower helps a lot.

Hi 😊 great vid thanks Not sure if u read comments but hoping u are. how long shud it take to recover post exercise. I mean the tiredness u feel post workout when ur new to gym. Sometimes u do 1hour gym or walk but takes whole day or two get over that tired and lack of energy feeling. And does it improve with time?

My mom and my nani suggest using roti wala belan on the affected area to reduce pain and i thought it was such an old school menthod and preferred using oitnment over it.. lol moms are always right 😄😄

Post running and pushups, I've got areas where my nerves have swollen. Not huge, not visible but when I touch it I can feel it. Doesn't hurt but the swelling is there. 2 near my elbow joint and 1 in the thigh. What should I do? I am worried that it will get worse of I do more exercise....

I need your suggestion, I am not taking any supplement. But I feel body pain, always pain in legs after workout. Taking c4 pre workout. Kindly advise which supplement for females to take for daily recovery. 5 days I am doing workout. Cardio, weight training and abs exercises. Taking 1 fish oil capsule omega 3. Anisa Khan I also have thyroid problem and my metabolism is very slow. You have to watch your diet. Meaning watch your portions of food intake. I love walking 5 to 6 miles everyday. Sunny paji is teaching some great workouts for women do those exercises.
