He is totally right. Chest , Back and Legs helps you loose a lot of fat . That's my personal experience. I also did compound training with these 3 body parts and it helped me get leaner is lesser amount of time. It even made the core much toned with clean abs and obliques. Also i ate good food and maintained a clean diet.

you're so so right about the stomach fat loss and the mindset about people how they wanna see themselves. I personally lost approx 60 lbs in a period of 5 to 6 months by just following a strict clean diet with plenty of weight training and little cardio. The difference was enormous ... first 60 to 90 days not many felt a difference in me and then booom .. everyone was like what the hell are you doing to yourself man ... it feels great and amazing

Dear Sunny, thanks a lot for the tips mentioned in this video. I am glad that you are honest with your viewers that there is no special workout to lose stomach fat. I have seen too many videos that promise weird hacks to burn specifically stomach fat. However, the truth is that one needs to be dedicated in training regularly and eating properly. I learnt this the hard way. I used to eat a lot of white rice and train at the gym. Yet I could not see results. I finally decided to gradually taper off my consumption of rice and then began to see my waistline shrinking.
