I totally agree with agree I lost my face fat frm my buttocks also I lost 7 kg in 2 and half mnth my calarie defiecnt nd eating clean I do legs chest and shoulder workout and I lost insane amount of fat frm my body even frm belly But belly fat taking tym nd I hv patience I know it will go slowly not like the fat frm my other parts of body which go really fast I keeping the measurements also at statrting I thought m not shedding fat frm my belly but when I c the measurements it tell u d truth it's going but it's taking tym so that's how it's work nd ur video inspire me today I will not loose hope m on rght track thank u

He is totally right. Chest , Back and Legs helps you loose a lot of fat . That's my personal experience. I also did compound training with these 3 body parts and it helped me get leaner is lesser amount of time. It even made the core much toned with clean abs and obliques. Also i ate good food and maintained a clean diet.

Nikhil Shukla no, not daily but when you train them, train hard, specially legs to get aesthetics. I hav seen guys focused and more determined to do biceps and shoulders.😁

you're so so right about the stomach fat loss and the mindset about people how they wanna see themselves. I personally lost approx 60 lbs in a period of 5 to 6 months by just following a strict clean diet with plenty of weight training and little cardio. The difference was enormous ... first 60 to 90 days not many felt a difference in me and then booom .. everyone was like what the hell are you doing to yourself man ... it feels great and amazing

Thanks man, Ive joined gym for first time two weeks ago. And as you said even I have fat so am working on my body, shoulder , leg . And my diet is simple, boiled egg , rice, veggies , hot lemon water etc everyday! Dear Sunny, thanks a lot for the tips mentioned in this video. I am glad that you are honest with your viewers that there is no special workout to lose stomach fat. I have seen too many videos that promise weird hacks to burn specifically stomach fat. However, the truth is that one needs to be dedicated in training regularly and eating properly. I learnt this the hard way. I used to eat a lot of white rice and train at the gym. Yet I could not see results. I finally decided to gradually taper off my consumption of rice and then began to see my waistline shrinking.

Dear sir, your videos are an inspiration for me. I gave up workout on advice of doctor after I got muscle injury. Could not carry on due to many other pursuits. I now restarted after a lapse of 6 years at age of 42. Can I come up to the same stage I left 6 years back? Please reply. Isn't it late? Respect from Pakistan.

50% facts, 50% bro science. Fat loss only happens with calories deficit. It makes no difference if you lift weights or swim or run. No point in focusing in chest, back or legs for fat loss.

Skipping is faster way to fat loss of whole body---personal experience 300 to 2000 skipping per day... Increase gradually... In 90 days you can reduce 12-15 kg fat... Only by skipping
