He is totally right. Chest , Back and Legs helps you loose a lot of fat . That's my personal experience. I also did compound training with these 3 body parts and it helped me get leaner is lesser amount of time. It even made the core much toned with clean abs and obliques. Also i ate good food and maintained a clean diet.

you're so so right about the stomach fat loss and the mindset about people how they wanna see themselves. I personally lost approx 60 lbs in a period of 5 to 6 months by just following a strict clean diet with plenty of weight training and little cardio. The difference was enormous ... first 60 to 90 days not many felt a difference in me and then booom .. everyone was like what the hell are you doing to yourself man ... it feels great and amazing

And my diet is simple, boiled egg , rice, veggies , hot lemon water etc everyday! Dear Sunny, thanks a lot for the tips mentioned in this video. I am glad that you are honest with your viewers that there is no special workout to lose stomach fat. I have seen too many videos that promise weird hacks to burn specifically stomach fat. However, the truth is that one needs to be dedicated in training regularly and eating properly. I learnt this the hard way. I used to eat a lot of white rice and train at the gym. Yet I could not see results. I finally decided to gradually taper off my consumption of rice and then began to see my waistline shrinking.
