I totally feel your pain regarding anxiety. You're not alone.😢 It seems like saying you have anxiety makes you feel so judged. I hid in my bedroom this morning when my father in law showed up on short notice. I feel bad for my husband, but fuck it. It's time for me to stick up and take care of myself. Big hugs to you, Mel. ❤

I completely understand how anxiety can make you feel judged. It's important to remember that you're not alone and there are people who support you. Take care of yourself and remember to prioritize your mental well-being!

Mel, I used to feel exactly like you in regards to mental health. Please go to your Doctor and have any medications reassessed. It took me quite a long time to get my medication right, but now that it is, Im 100% better mentally, and rarely have a low day. ❤❤ I have ADHD that was diagnosed as a 48 year old woman, and depression and anxiety since I was 20. It really makes me sad to see anyone sad and feeling bad about themselves.

Thank you for sharing your experience and advice, I really appreciate it. It's always encouraging to hear success stories and know that there is hope for improvement. I will definitely consider talking to my doctor about my medication. I just didn't like the side effects of the last one. I think I am undiagnosed ADHD too.. but I'm just trying to determine if it's worth pursuing a diagnosis?

10 minutes rebounding is enough Mel! It's enough to burn calories and get the blood flowing to open up all the tiny vessels, especially the ones in your brain so you would be much less likely to suffer a stroke in later years. If you just aim for 10 minutes, and no more, you might be more motivated to jump on the rebounder more often. I hope you are feeling a little more energetic now Mel, you looked a bit worn out. There's a difference between lack of motivation, and sheer tiredness, mental and physical. I know you don't have a lot of time for yourself but rest is not idleness. Love and hugs 🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗

Hi Mel, hope you're feeling better now and you're right about taking vit d with fats it's a fat soluble vitamin, mine is mixed with calcium for the bones. I have no choice about my exercise as my carer will just stand there and I feel like ok I'll do it 😅, but when I came home from hospital at the end of February I could just push down with my arms but not stand up and not sit up unaided, now I am doing 10 or 15 minutes steps twice a day so it works if you do.😊❤

Hey, Lesley - you have really been through it lately - thank you for continuing to show up for me! It's great to hear that you're feeling better and taking care of your health. Your dedication to doing your exercises is inspiring. Keep it up, and remember to listen to your carer (even if they just stand there)!

Hey Mel, Thank you for uploading. I really enjoy your videos. They are very relatable. Just thought that I would share how I exercise everyday. The only way that I remain consistent is that I have joined a fitness group. I pay for each week whether I attend or not so that makes me accountable and by attending a fitness class I am also not responsible for organising and planning each session. Once I am at a session I can't stop in the middle as I would if I was just at home! I know that this may be difficult to organise around children but I just thought I would share. Most groups have sessions very early in the morning (I go at 5:15 each day) and late in the evening.
