Today is all about the FEET! 🦶🏼If you are on your feet a lot standing or walking around, these stretches will be good for you! I used to struggle with plantar fasciitis and these stretches always helped. Keep in mind - plantar fasciitis is connected not only to your feet, but your calves and hamstrings too. SO with that being said it's important to stretch not only your feet and toes, but also those hamstrings and calves to keep everything mobile and strong which can help prevent pain and injury.
