Don't be sorry! Honestly, our generation is so set on CONSTANTLY changing, growing, etc. We always think that we're not doing enough, we should be doing this, or that.... We desperately need role models that thrive in a routine and demonstrate publicly that it's GOOD to live a simple, happy life rather than overcomplicating everything. We can finally understand that it's OK to just BE instead of constantly being unhappy and unsatisfied with our own routine. I LOVE that you eat the same thing almost everyday. I admire it! I always watch your videos when I find myself overthinking. You bring me back, you make me calm. You are an amazing role model.

I made the Felicia combo this morning for breakfast. I didn't have the bacon, but loved the combination of potatoes, eggs, and cottage cheese. I will be making this again!

I personally think a lot of regular people eat the same thing every day especially if they found something they like and it works for their healthy lifestyle. I can eat the same thing everyday 🤷🏾‍♀️ LOL so I can relate

I have oatmeal banana choc chip pancakes everyday LOL, i have a side of boiled eggs, scrambled etc but my pancakes every single day 😋

Felicia- You have NO IDEA how much you inspire people! We dont care if its the same meals or not, we just like to see your videos and see you staying on track which then helps us too. I stopped watching your videos for a couple of days and ate like poo and told myself to try to watch or keep up with something you do every night because it works for me! Felicia, I owe you so much, I started WW in February after finding you on You Tube, it is now June and I have lost 30 LBS. I am 50 years old and have a thyroid problem so it is coming off slow but it's coming off and I am so happy. So many woman in my position on the medications I am on say it is impossible to lose weight...I know now it is possible and you can be satisfied...full...and still lose weight. What made it possible for me is that you take what you like to eat and make it WW friendly..thats perfect...Again...Thanks so much....Love to you...Love to all...Kim

Just to reassure ppl with the combo-I don’t like eggs or cottage cheese. It’s so good! Truly! My 12 year old son likes it too! We add onion to our hash browns. Absolutely delicious!

I put my dressing directly on the lettuce first, mix it up, then add the toppings! I feel like I get more dressing flavor that way. Great video! I want to try the built bars, that looked delicious. Also, your egg/potato bowl looked amazing!!!!

So glad you posted this today. I’m going on my fourth week of WW and haven’t seen any results yet. I was getting discouraged but obviously I’m doing something wrong lol so I’ll push on and keep trying. You keep me motivated. I’m so glad I found you!

Love to watch your videos even if you eat the same thing everyday!! I also seem to pick the same food everyday, except for dinner... I finally made the Felicia combo and I actually loved it - the cottage cheese was awesome... I'm just not too good at flipping the eggs (I think my ceramic pan is too slippery)!!! Anyway, keep up the good work - you should be so proud of your maintenance accomplishment!!! Little Weston is the cutest!!!

Have you always done freestyle or was it a different program when you started? Also, are the foods in your ‘what I eat in a day’ videos the same foods that you ate throughout your journey? Or are they the foods you eat now in order to maintain? I absolutely love your videos and I’m about to make the switch to WW from Keto! WW just seems so much more sustainable! 😊❤️

I love the turger bacon and hasbrown they are life savers. I just bought the fat free cheddar. I love cheese so happy. I can still have it like that. I also just got the chicken apple sausage

I was watching another video of yours and you wanted a suggestion on how to keep your brown sugar fresh. You can get a clay brown sugar bear from Amazon. You soak the clay bear in water for 10 minutes, take it out and pat it dry, then you put it in your bag of brown sugar and you will never have hard pieces again!

I have to tell you..the “Felicia Combo” has become my absolute favorite go-to meal! It is just so perfect! I’m doing the old Simply Filling WW plan..so the only thing I have to count on my weeklies is the turkey bacon. Thank you so much! So simple..yet absolutely delicious!

I Love your Videos! Have you ever tried shepherds pie? Ground beef then corn then mashed potatoes in a casserole dish. It’s so good and very easy to make. I love your breakfast! I put garlic powder and garlic salt in my hash browns it’s so good.

So I tried Built Bars awhile ago. I tried two flavors lemon and maybe mint. I hated them and literally threw the rest in the garbage. Then I saw and heard you talk so much about them I thought I have to try them again. Because you are my Queen. Hehe I had double chocolate and salted caramel so far and they were the best bars ever!! I love them so much. Thank you.

Chunky Lass Hi That’s why I left comments here that those bars are not that tasty and it looks like Im not the only one who dislikes them, so be aware before you make a large purchase not to waste money on them so they don’t go to waste. Personally when I bought mine bars I tasted each one of them to give them a try but could not finish, so they were no longer good for sharing or donating but even if I had some good ones left I would not give them or donate to anyone since I never share food with my friends that I don’t like it myself, it would make me feel awful.

I eat the exact same thing every single day. If I change it up I get upset. Lol. I’ve literally eaten fried eggs, strawberries and a slice of Ezekiel bread toast every day for four years. Lol. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It is what it is.

So how much do you think you spend on groceries a week for this? I started and failed. I need to start again. When our budget gets tight is when I start failing. Unfortunately unhealthy food is cheaper.

just a question if you just ate zero foods all day just stuffed your face full of them, would you not put on body fat, I am so not understanding how it works, how can anything with calories in it be worth 0 points.

Nothing is free, they still have calories in them. The thing that WW is doing is teaching you how to eat the "healthy" foods so you get full on those instead of being hungry throughout the day and snacking on other things. You are rewiring your brain; if you count up the points on something and it's 5 points you're more likely to put it down and grab a 0 point food. These are also usually the foods that keep you full longer so you aren't craving unhealthy choices.

@@krystalhamlyn7636 oh I see I was wondering how things could be a zero point food, unless it was water or black tea or coffee. But could you not still over eat that way, if you like just eat all 0 foods, would you not still be over eating. Is there other tools to help you stop eating to much.
