Thank you a lot for your huge effort, Felu! I have been following your tips a lot in the last year and I adjusted my cooking to it. My husband lost more than 20 kilos and we feel a lot healthier. I think the key really is that the diet doesn’t feel like restricting you and that you eat things that make you happy and are delicious while at the same time they are low in calories and fill your stomach.

Some doctors says egg yolk is very beneficial when it comes to weight loss as its fat helps for the hormone production like Thyroid. But it has high cholesterol i think. So im not sure what should i do, should i only eat the white or the whole egg, im very confused?
@Katniss_cosmos4 күн бұрын
The cholestrol thing is a myth, in fact it has HDL aka; the good type of cholesterol. In short eggs are a great source for protein, omega3 and nutrients even people with high lipid profile and diabetes can eat them, in fact they are much safer than butter and cheese. But if you're a Calories person then eat them as you like According to your goals and macronutrients allowance.
