Since their genetic make up, isnt meant to handle higher doses of f. e. testosterone. Men today, on average, have lower testosterone levels, compared to 50 years ago. Something like a well dosed testosterone replacement therapy would be beneficial for those men. But these amounts are not comparable to what most bodybuilders do. The same (relatively low dosage) therapy done on women, would already lead to major problems in womens bodies.

I think I should also note that most of the 'techniques' and 'skills' of arm wrestling are trained to develop how strong they are. You can't just set/lock yourself in a particular way and expect anything even if you do it perfectly, you have to train the strength of that particular position.

Ok hang on a second. Body builders are aiming for enlarging mainly large muscle groups (biceps, triceps, traps), not necessarily the internal rotators of the shoulder. I’m sure if they also trained for this specific thing, they could easily beat a male, who naturally has larger muscle mass overall.
