I have just woken up after my first night of uninterrupted sleep. For the past 2 months I have suffered with pelvic floor pain- triggered by grieve ,emotional trauma and a hypotonic pelvic floor. I've been so miserable and down. I have committed to this video and the pain has finally gone! With no help from a Pelvic specialist- thank you so much for putting this content out. The good you are doing for people is immense. Massive huge hug from me. 🙏🙏🙏❤

I cound't get my period for 3 weeks, I was really frustrated and upset, I tried many things, meditations, yoga exercising, listening to special music or pressing points on my body. But I think that your meditation along with yoga exercise helped the most, something inside of me which plugged me is gone and I finally have my period back! I cannot be happier! I also added more C vitamin and water into my diet, but I like to think that you really helped me. Thank you!

If you'd like to setup an interview sometime, I would be willing, anything I can do to help anyone with this extremely challenging and confusing issue. I really want to write a very detailed blog post with information on what has helped me and what I've gone through. I can't stand the idea of someone who is just now starting with these issues having to almost die from desperation and difficulty making any progress with healing, if I could potentially point them in the direction of a quicker solution. Everything does happen for a reason, but, the suffering shouldn't go on due to lack of information or options.

This is a great visualization and breathing exercise. I wish you hadn't ended with "eat clean" because its triggering to me and many others with disordered eating and EDs. Pelvic pain isn't caused by my or anybody's "dirty eating". It's caused by disfunction and often disease in the body. No one way of eating will ease everyone's symptoms. Raw vegetables are my number one trigger for bowel issues, tomatoes are a nightmare, whole grains and dairy are the best for my bowel function and bones. By defining any food is clean it literally says other foods are dirty. This damages our relationship with food and leads people down rabbit holes trying restrictive diets that may be causing more pain and definitely more stress and anxiety. Figuring out what foods are not working with our own bodies is helpful. Putting foods arbitrarily into clean and dirty boxes just causes harm.
