Since God delivered me from an abusive relationship 5years ago, I can say Jesus is still working on me, he's still healing me, ohhhh the trauma, anxiety is a lot, I'm from a loving family but a strict christian home, so I was scared to speak up because I'm not supposed to be "dating" in the first place, oh I suffered in silence for 4years, I almost ran mad, but Jesus is so good, the only part that is difficult is for me is to forget everything, I just want God to wipe the memories off.

I didn't know when I started crying. I could relate with many of the things this lady talked about. Imagine getting to the point of simply accepting ill treatment and abuse from people as part of life, just because those who were supposed to protect and set the standards failed us. A man once told me that I am too masculine and defensive to be a lady😂😂. I laughed it off because I know he would not understand if I told him that being like that is the only way I know how to protect and defend myself. Unfortunately, not ever on is emotionally intelligent enough to identify or understand trauma and the effect it has on an individual. Thank you pastor 🙏. May God bless and you because this generation needs you. God bless you my sister, I have learnt so much from your story today and I pray that someday, I will have the courage like you, to share mine with others.

This one that curses at the slightest provocation or this one that is so bitter, bla bla bla", but that's not how our Father sees us, He's so loving, so patient, waiting for the perfect time to fix us 🥹 When you think what you're going through is too much, and then you hear someone else's experience 😂😂😂 My God!! Some churches would have conducted deliverance for her or said she had a Jezebel spirit. It's supposed to be a place of healing but has become a place of accusations, it's sad. Thank you Apostle Femi for this

I can relate very well. I really need to tell my story while I'm alive. The trauma of my childhood really affected my relationships in every area

The first stage of healing is discovering there is a problem. The pain will hold one captive and can't be explained with word - can really relate. Thank you apostle.

I intentionally came to KZbin to look for this video. The confidence that a person has after being able to successfully come out of of a dark place and face your demons is unmatched, you can feel the emotions as she talks about it. See ehh no matter how bad your situation is , God still performs wonders.

One thing I realized about life, is it that God place some kind of people in dysfunctional life to experience difficulties in their early background to know the basic reality of life and healed them and the same time turns their mess into messages also to courage those who are in similar situations. Like myself also but today I am a leaving testimony to the environment and the society, all these are the hand work of God 🙏
