$8 a week, less than the price of some fast food combos. If you don't think you have any extra money to save start with $8 (or $5). You have to figure out what money game works for you. When I started saving for my first emergency fund, I started out having $8 (I don't know why I picked that number) drafted every week into an online savings account. Having it drafted kept me consistently saving. Do you know $8 a week equals $416 a year? If you double it to $16 a week ( $2.29 a day) that is $832. Almost $1000! That cushion gives you such a peace when something breaks.

When I tell you I have been so conflicted 😅 I got out of debt and am committed to staying out; however, I want (need) to elevate my look. I have a lot of clothes that are cropped, tight, spandex, childish, too casual, too small… essentially, everything needs to be replaced. I also stopped buying press ons, but my natural nails would break 🥲 …makeup, shoes, gel x, fragrance, accessories… the list goes on. It's been a while since I watched the Introduction to Femininity, but this foundation was really important for my development. Last year, when I came into possession of a small oven (I was keeping it for my mum), I decided to use it and learnt how to bake banana cake. I have actually being doing all you’ve mentioned and I have been feeling fulfilled doing them. The only things I stop doing for now is polishing my nails due to my infant who loves putting my fingers in his mouth all the times.
