Charm is addictive because everyone wants to feel seen, understood and accepted, without having to expose or verbalize their vulnerabilities. When you can do that, people will seek you out. Give just about anything to keep you around
To oversimplify the matter, charm is about being amazing, knowing you’re amazing and having the ability to make other people feel amazing. You’ve got to be able to do all 3.

It's funny because i have always been this without even knowing. People always said I'm very friendly and so easy to talk to and i create a good environment for them to simply talk. It was until recently I was leaving my old job and my colleagues had to describe me in one word and they were all words like, kind, loving, friendly and one colleague even said he'll miss my calm nature. Now I'm more intentional when engaging with people lol... but being a well liked and charming person is a good thing to be ladies, you'll have people refer you to jobs and things and positions etc.

I'm always calm and polite and friendly - it's my natural disposition - for those who struggle with attitude, I've heard the best motive is because when people know you as kind and helpful, when someone comes along and tries to hurl false accusations, no one will believe them. I've rarely had to apply for a job because people were always handing new upgrades to me - especially when I was in my Doctorate program - because the higher up you go in education, typically people become less kind, less sensitive, less helpful, etc. - they're more interested in their status and their paycheck - so a kind person at upper levels is very rare.

Tips to be charming: 1. Practice confident warmth with everyone. 2. Be above average or choose greatness. 3. Cultivate your aura (a.k.a. your personality like sexy, funny, bold, womanly, sweet, girly, innocent, wide-eyed, etc.) and your energy. 4. Master small talk and conversation. 5. Make people feel important. Remember names and repeat it from time to time, ask questions about family, pets, hobbies, etc., and give genuine compliments. 6. Pinpoint the needs of others. 7. Don’t be TOO perfect! 8. Be fun. 9. Keep some mystery.

Seeing a change in their demeanour gives me such a high and makes me so happy for them. I try to compliment and make at least one person smile every time I leave my home. Everyone should feel seen and made to feel that they matter. I'd like to think that I do this often. I'm always told how genuine I am and how I'm great company.
