I love how you said " If momma aint happy, nobody is happy". My mother is a very unhappy person and always told us that she struggled to love herself.. As a result, all of her childrens(including myself) had to go to therapy to learn about self esteem, trust, self love. I know that some women want to have children to fulfill the empty space that they feel inside, but having children for that reason or to find purpose in your life will make sad children and sad adults. Please love yourself first, to create a life full of love and when giving life to you will be able to share this love.

You know you’re around toxic masculine energy when you have to pause this video and wait for that person to leave. 😭 Also... A lot of a woman’s healing can happen if the woman isn’t 100 percent relying on a man for finances and emotional well-being. I’ve found that it’s so important to be independent in every way possible and enjoy your man like we enjoy a piece of dessert 😉💕. We like it, it feels good, but we don’t need it. A lot of our men ARE NOT healed, and if us women are 100 percent reliant on an unhealed man, its a perfect recipe for abuse.

We as women need to allow our men to be chivalrous. It doesn’t mean you’re weak or incompetent just because you allow him to hold the door open for you, etc. Sure, we can do all of these things ourselves. But, it’s nice to allow them to do nice things for you without fighting back with attitude. Yes, there are times that I have to step into masculine energy to assert myself, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that I am still a feminine woman who enjoys a chivalrous man. ❤️

Your channel has helped me so much. I was raised by a male figure that always cut my hair boy short and dressed me like a boy and shamed me for being feminine. As an adult I have been very successful in my career but sad in relationships with men because I was taught feminine energy was unwanted. This is why I had a history of attracting men that were feminine and never helped with anything. I had to be a man at work AND in relationships. I want that to change because I am not a man! LOL I have always been feminine on the inside and love being a woman but am learning how to value that. Your videos have helped a lot!

My mom wasn't around much growing up due to issues so my sisters and i grew up not having much of that feminine energy in our lives. My dad was very serious and reserved so naturally I grew up trying to be the same because i didn't want to stress him out. As I grew up, It hurt me a great deal in most of my relationships, including the one with myself, because of my dominant nature. When I found the man I wanted to spend the rest of my life with, I slowly started to break my hard shell and embrace my feminine self and it's still a work in progress. Now my boyfriend and I both help each other out and we're slowly relearning how to balance each other out by embracing our own energies. This video has really opened my eyes!

He's been divorced for 3 years and has a 6 year old daughter. I was getting very suspicious of their relationship. Last week he told me that they would be meeting up once a month to do family activities in support of their daughter. My spidey senses were telling me that they were trying to rekindle their relationship. Anyways, he asked that I not contact him or her anymore. I feel like he was the love of my life. I'm so happy to help. Justice is a place I get stuck with as well. When we were children for example, there was no choice for justice. Yet now we are adults, and even though people hurt us in some way, there is a new relationship waiting to happen, even if you never speak to them again or if you allow the new relationship to form. Your choice! You let your justice happen now, your way, for you, with great courage and desire to heal, you love and heal the parts of you that were hurt and create the utmost safe and loving place for yourself possible. It takes a while to wrap ones mind around this and another for the heart to go along with it.

I also got tons of contents from other coaches and no one is spreading DEPTH and AUTHENTICITY as you do. Most other advices are based on ego battles, on "pretending", on triggering some ego issue so that the other chases for validation etc. Because yes often it works at least on the short term, but how miserable for both partners is it ?? Especially when it doesn't even work lol! Do we really want to live at such a shallow level of being in relationships? You are the only one who comes from a place of true love and acceptance for ourselves and then for others, and it's the only way indeed to build sustainable fulfilling amazing happy relationships. You show us how to connect to who we truly are so that everything can unfold naturally. It's about aknowledging our nature and emotions and then being able to express them to our romantic interests (and everyone) in a respectful way, always, because again relationships have to be about LOVE, not about battles ! You are a bubble of peace, softness and love in this world, just by the way you talk and are and your work is invaluable ! You are making a difference ! Thank you so much

I love you lady! Your video made me cry again lol tears of healing I love it so much! I'm still rocking your program, took a little break over COVID and got super depressed lol.. I am finally putting myself out there and quantum dating after 9 years. I have found that I need to listen to you at least 3-4 times a week to stay in the groove. Thank you for helping me with my boundaries. Thank you for giving me confidence and teaching me my worth with your inner girl video. It makes me so emotional because I have been single forever and was married to a very abusive man. I had no idea what to do. I was totally in my masculine energy from raising three kids by myself and having to work full time. I HATED dating and now I enjoy the heck out of it. I'm dating guys that aren't specifically my type and I LOVE your spreadsheet it is SO HELPFUL!!! A date triggered me over the weekend by just going in for the kiss and I just kissed him back because I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to kiss him! TRIGGER lol He was an NA and i still had a hard time! I definitely know some things I need to work on. I just love you and wanted to comment again even though i feel like words can't express the gratitude I feel for my healing in this life thanks to you!

Ashley Leahy you are so very very welcome. I am honored to be part of your life. You are on the right path, dating n/a men to practice, using your triggered spreadsheet and understanding your boy brain need not run your relationships, inner saboteur need not be doom and gloom. Love is how someone treats you. I never thought Jeff was my type but he treats me like a goddess and loves to protect me. We have ups and downs as any couple does yet I always return to my feeling girl, allow that vulnerability to be there and just let it unfold, with curiosity. I’m glad you kissed that guy because you never know and well now you can prep for the reply if/when faced with that request! Hugs to you and keep up the good work. 💓

I am only 5 minutes in and the tears won’t stop. I agree with everything you are saying from “the boy took over inside of you to being rewarded for that energy. I remember I made a painting when I was 9/10. It was of a boy and half his face was colorful and the other was brown and I called it “the emotional and emotionless boy in me”. Even that young I felt that shift in me but never really knew it was a real thing until this video. In my family violence was praised so I was constantly suspended for fighting in school, i.e “praise”. I will finish the video with high hopes to go back to who I am. I thank you

Thank you Adrienne! As an Empath, I knew something has been off inside of myself which affects my relationship with my sweetheart. I am a huge feeling creature so a lot was swirling around. After listening to you, I know what it is. I drifted from my feminine energy too much into the masculine energy zone and got me off balance. It came out in ways that affected my relationship. I am getting back into my FE zone for myself first which in turn positively helps my sweetie and our relationship. ❤️ It's a joy to listen to you. 🥰

I loved this video so Much I’m going to watch it again. My boyfriend of 8 min comes over one day at 3 am cuz he’s a truck driver who works at night & the conversation starts with 3 stories about 3 different women. It is such a turn off. When I let him know his response is well I’ve been around women all my life so I don’t know what I’ll be able to talk to you about. He feels like that’s the only thing he can easily talk about but if it bothers me then he’s afraid to open up

I was always told I was too hard on people, that I was wrong not to trust people. I have high intuition and am good at reading people. But I was criticized for it. It always turned out bad because I folded to please my husband. Even though I was right and we suffered because I was told to go against my gut. I kept hearing the same things and I finally stopped listening to this and started trusting myself again and I am doing very well! I listened to the people I loved to get their acceptance and approval, and it didn't happen anyway. I am so glad I turned away from needing their approval. It was never worth it! If I am not loved for me then I was never going to "earn" it. I don't need it anymore, THANK GOD!!!

Hugs to you! 💕 I know that has to be hard, and I am sure you miss him so much. You are having to take care of everything around the house and take on a masculine role. You need to find some ways to help relax you and ground you back into your feminine energy before you see your man. If he’s been working away, it will feel so amazing for him to come home to your warm feminine energy. FEMM Tools can help you with this. bit.ly/femmtools

Wonderful video! One of the best in your channel. Your work is amazing, congratulations and thank you. Adrianne, you said once that over-complementing your guy is not good... and leads to "other type of relationship"... I am intrigued with that because I cannnot stop complementing my guy... that makes me feel amazing and sooo feminine and well... But sometimes I think that can fuel his ego so much and being with me just for the pleasant feedback that his ego gets from me... I haven't done this before, I was so rough sometimes before with other men and I am very embarrased over-complementing people, even my partners, but this man is different and makes me feel so girly and femenine and sensual and woman and little girl... He is not an eye-catching man (for some guys I am an eye-catching woman), he is older than me and seems to be even older, he is shorter than me, I'm PhD educated woman and he barely has basic grades in school, I am very intelectual and he is just a natural man, impulsive, smart but not much into complex structured thinking, reading, etc ... but I don't care any of those anymore, he is so masculine and special, so charismatic and magnetic to me and I am so deeply, tenderly and sensually in love with him... that I want him to feel the most amazing, attractive and masculine man on Earth. Do you think I should stop overwhelming him with compliments? Even I say to him that no man compares to him and I don't have eyes for other guys, and that's true. But at the same time it's not like I act very much clingy or desperate with him... But I don't know if its the best way to the relationship. What "kind of relationship" leads this to? If I caused any damage, how could I softly and naturally reverse the situation? Other thing: when we are together I cannot, LITERALLY, keep my hands or look away from him, its like imposible for me. He is very affectionate also, but I just cannot be without touching him. I cannot lean back in that aspect. Any advice? I would be very grateful! Sorry for my English, it's not my main language.

I’m way too much in my masculine and really want to get my feminine back so I can get my man back. I don’t blame him for walking away. I’m in a place where I’m giving him space after trying so hard to fix it. I now am ready to take care of me.

Thank you, Adrienne, it was such a profound video ❤️🙏 And your stories resonate deeply. Thank you for sharing them. It is very helpful. I went through the same “mistakes”, with regards to loss of my health (Dr’s error that made me disabled), then, accordingly, loss of career, love life, family, basically my entire life. My intuition and inner knowledge were very strong. I knew I shouldn’t pursue that (unnecessary) surgery. I just knew it. I didn’t want to go there, hesitated. But, I chose to do what Drs, family members, society said I had to do - because “I am a good girl” and “I have to do what’s right”. Well, now my health is crippled and unfixable. I will try some surgeries to try to fix the part that still can be worked on, but, unfortunately, I have to accept that I will have to suffer till rest of my days. Paid a very high price for not listening to my inner knowledge, feelings, intuition - basically betraying myself. Now am working on coming towards myself, my feelings, and my soul. Ladies, always choose you. We may sacrifice ourselves for others, to please them, to fit in. But, at the end of the day, if something goes wrong, those exact people may be the first ones to leave you. Self respect, self love come first. Just like Adrienne said, everything starts with us ❤️
