Feminine energy is true strength. I’ve realized that it really requires you to completely strip off your ego - all these years being in boy energy, I realize is really just a protective mechanism against hurt and rejection. It’s ego playing. When I stop my boy energy and try to move into my girl energy, I realise how incredibly scary it is. Thanks Adrienne for sharing what you really felt when you shared how you really felt with Jeff. I thought it would be simple to change the script, just like that. But it’s actually scary and I thought something was wrong with me lol. I realise also there are definitely some parts of me that need healing. Inner girl is wounded from childhood experiences. I too have had to shut my emotions down to survive. I grew up with emotional abuse from my dad, who got angry at me for crying and told me when I was about 9 or 10, that I was just too sensitive.

I walked away 2 weeks ago. I’ve never done it before .l loved him with all my heart. But I know he just took me for granted. I don’t think I’m even concerned with him chasing or reaching out anymore. I just let my man know after a year of dating that he needs to let me know where he stands - I gave him a week to think about it. It's been a bunch of mixed messages over the last year and I have not set down true terms and conditions. Lately things have gotten worse and I realized he would not be introducing me to his family even though we've dated a year and I would be spending all the holidays alone anyways so why not let him know this is my red line and give me a definitive answer so I can at least find someone who is looking to move things forward not be stagnant for months on end with no forward momentum. I didn't have that conversation with him, but I didn't have to. He clearly told me that he is dating to find a wife not dating to date. He may not be in love with me yet but I think I need to give him a little more time. We first met the first week in March and covid has kind of messed up our dating life. We are going to his son's wedding several states away and on a vacation after in four weeks. I'm going to wait and see what happens when we go on vacation. He actually lives in another state. We both live very close to the state line, about an hour away from each other. We had a wedding date it was all prepared dress n all n he changed his mind a day before. I understood his point n not pushing n focusing on feminine energy. Men really hate to feel like they have done something wrong or they’ve been bad. So a phrase/style I like to use is, “I understand you are feeling X, and state what you think he’s feeling based on what he’s said, and then ask, is that right? And let him explain it even though you already probably understand it. But just sit there and let him talk and look him in the eye and nod and say a-ha and understand. Then he just sort of gets it all out of his system. That’s a really good feminine energy listening technique. Know your limits of course. If the guy goes on and on for an hour you’re going to get bored and want to walk out of the room and let him know that if/when. So, know your boundaries. ✅ What I’m saying is he might be able to just bark it all out at the moon, so to speak, and it only take about 15 minutes of your time instead of weeks of feeling unsettled. Feminine energy is smart and efficient.🥰

Just today I thought the exact statement “I am your friend but I can’t be just ur friend.” I feel that I am also meant for this so many things I am naturally doing and it’s been a fast turn around. My grandma lived with us when I was in junior high and in high school and she was the most feminine woman I have ever met. She passed at the age of 98. I’m seeing this man I’m so in love with him. I’m tired of the roller coaster rides. At first I said to him that I didn’t want to get married. He said let’s just see what will happen in a year. He’s had a bad divorce. He says he’s not ready for love but he wants to be committed to each other. It’s been 5 months now I’ve made the miso telling him that I love him. My guess is, you feel scared and his Fem energy is unattractive. You need to have the total transparency talk, "Lay it on me, I need the truth. What do I need to know? I can handle it." Look him right in the eyes and don't say another word unless it is to repeat yourself. He's trying to establish a safety-hatch to escape the relationship. You look out for you! If he keeps it up walk away and tell him why.

Instead he broke up with me and someone else moved in before my stuff was out. Four months later I am still stunned and devastated. You need to be sure of what you can live with and what you want. As much as I want to be married to him, I just want to be with him and that appears to not be an option any longer. Be a high valued woman and a diamond gal but I don't think a ring on your finger is going to make you that.
