When I ask guys about giving me a phone call, using Adrienne’s script, and they don’t set a time to call and keep wanting to message on the dating app, I ask “when we’re you thinking to call?” When they reply back, right now. I say, usually again, “I keep a busy schedule. I prefer to set a time for us to talk. When were you thinking to call?” Then when we do talk, I try to keep it to 10 minutes. I just want to hear they’re normal on phone, that they can speak and carry a conversation, then I want them to take me on a date. I do not waste time on phone or texting with men who have not started investing into me by taking me out on a date. My time is valuable.

Speaking on what you said around 38 minutes in, I can’t understand why a grown man allows his parents and/or family of origin to boss him around and tell him who he can or can’t marry or anything else. The same man would most likely never allow his woman to boss him and tell him what he can or can’t do. He’d stand his ground with her yet he crumbles with the pressure of his parents. My mindset is that if he’s a grown adult, his parents no longer have any say about anything. They can offer their opinion, but that’s about it. I can’t be with a man that still acts like he’s a child that is obedient to his parents and allows them to call the shots. I left a man I was in a 3 1/2 year relationship with because he respected his mother’s wishes over my own. He even put a male friend’s needs and wants over mine and he had just met that man. That showed me that he didn’t see me as his future wife and I wasn’t a priority to him

I went from dating this guy for four months and him pursuing, giving and helping to him not showing up for things last min, and using his insane work schedule he had in the beginning as his excuse to making excuses. We never officially broke up but his actions have said enough. He has told me like five times we would talk but of course never do. He text me once to a couple times a week things like, how r u, whats up, you doing ok….ect. He lives 3 hours away but has not once asked to hangout. I would really really appreciate a long video like this about dating men when we are virgins and believe in no sex before marriage 😭 I've been reading some articles online and it seems like something impossible like sci-fi. My problem is that I'm virgin for religious reasons, but I'm not the conventional "religious" person either, I deeply "dislike/despise" the religious communities (from personal experiences) and I'd rather die or shoot myself than marry someone from such communities. Can you do something on how men do not like hearing that you can be interested in marrying more than 1 man and not believing there is only one person out there to marry? I have chased marriage my whole life and left every relationship when they didn’t want to marry. Hi Adrienne, I have ABC's & 500 ways. Walking through a shopping centre with my man, we go past a jewellery store, he says "don't even think about it" meaning a ring... it hurts like a kick in the guts, but it also pisses me that he thinks it's some grand prize to get a ring from him. I’m not expert but you could have responded how you felt in that moment like “I feel really confused” or “I feel like I’ve been kicked in the guts,” just like you said to us. I know I’d feel nervous saying that to a man BUT notice how he didn’t even mind saying something insensitive to you and all you’re doing is saying something about how his insensitivity hurts you WITHOUT being rude or accusatory back.

If it was an appropriate relationship then he would be physically present irl. Hi Adrienne, you’ve mentioned in the past that if you’re in a committed relationship, and things aren’t working, that it’s better to walk away than to start dating others while staying together (that it can have a bad effect on the man if he is committed and showing up). But what if he is already dating someone else? We were together 5 years, took a break, now he wants to be committed, but nonmonogamous. He is showing up like a partner, but he is dating others. We aren’t having sex because he has stopped being attracted to me that way, but wants to see if being nonmonogamous will reignite the passion-that maybe his nature has been nonmonogamous the whole time. I know that my job is to lean back and be in my feminine energy, which would have a better chance of reigniting the sexual flame between us. However, I’m not sure if I should also date other people, or if that would just build resentment in him and push him away.

Leave him. If he's saying no monogamy, he wants to taste the variety first. It's highly unlikely he'd willing marry into a monogamous long term relationship soon or at this stage in life. May be 5-6 years down the line or 10 years down the line he may change his mind. Or maybe he will never change his mind. I was in same situation once and I left. Need to connect to guys who are sure of what they desire in life, atleast in terms of sexuality. It's one thing to date multiple people because you want to connect and find that someone, one particular person who makes your life better. It's whole another to date multiple people with no objective to single down on one or make a choice. By leaving I made his choice easier for him.

I can go for sporty looks but pair them with girly feminine feeling jewelry for example. I may wear black yoga pants and a t shirt but I wear a pink neon hair tie. I feel very girly in that outfit. I really like anthropology, Rachel pally and wild fox. 🥰🥰

It’s been 1 and half year, still only meet 1-2 times a week, mainly dinner and sleep over, not doing things together. Feel like we much more than friends, I believe he cares about me, and he said he loves me as well. But he is not around, lots of time, he loves spending time with boys and families. I feel I love his potential as well. He is a nice person, a good man. But I feel like I have to prove myself to him, l am not sure where I stand with him. I believe he sees me as girlfriend, we are exclusive to each other. But I need more. 2 times a week is not enough, especially I don’t feel he wants to meet me as much as I want to meet him. The only way to end the confusion is have that conversation with him. Do not live in confusion, it only gets worse. Your instinct is more than probably right if you say you feel he wants to meet you less than you want to meet him. Express how you feel and what you need, see what he responds. If he cannot commit to giving you more time and you simply cannot be happy with what he's giving you, then indeed, walk away. But, from experience, confusion does not exist, a man's actions always show what he can and cannot give. Sometimes, he is just not aware you have bigger needs than what it is offered, and when he acknowledges them, he may make some changes. Have that talk for yourself, best of luck and I hope things go great for you either way. Remember, he is not confused, you are.

My guy mark, was constantly blowing me off, so he could be with other women, every time he would get interested in me. It was all about the purpose of having sex, I felt that he manipulated me in every way he could. and I got played by him as well and ended up getting hurt, but standing up to sexual pressure, is really hard for me. It would be great if you could do a video on how women can stand up to sexual pressure, and stop being played by men. If women really have all the power, over a guy why would they have to take a back seat, when your guy blows you off to be with other women.
