I don't have a diagram for these old units unfortunately. These are getting close to around 60-80 years old now.

I have a similar fencer, though it is a Co-op Model 6. The problem I have is that the wheel does not bounce at all. Any idea what's wrong with it? Power is getting to the points but no bouncing. BTW it is powered by a 6 volt battery.

Possibly the points are dirty and need to be cleaned or the capacitor is bad/weak.
