Plessey Ducon Made in Australia capacitors were used by almost all Gallagher, Patriot, SpeedRite and other brands of electrics. They lasted many years to lose capacity.

Yep and now they're all mostly using capacitors from HK Film Capacitor company from Honk Kong China.

@@FencerFixerRepairLLCKansasCity I have placed up to 6uf in that encapsulation, surprised to see 20 uf in such a small space. Incredible how compact the size is.
