Thanks so much for actually using the B string in the demo. So many KZbin 5-string bass demos, frustratingly, don’t even touch the B. I’m thinking of getting one of these. Good demo.

@chriss450 You and I share the same frustration!! That was one of the first things I wanted to try out was the low B!! Glad it helped out!!

My EBMM StingRay 5 has the same issue with the G string being very close to the edge of the neck. It bugs me from time to time, but I've grown accustomed to it and generally don't have any problem. I just ordered the Precision V in Olympic White, very much looking forward to it!

@@EricT43 yeah I haven't fixed or replaced the OEM nut yet. It's not so bad to the point where I feel it's an overwhelming need to change it right now. It's just something to be aware of. 0.2mm closer to the edge of the fret board is not much but it can be noticed.

I keep the exact 4 string bass at about 68F and 40% humidity and it hasn't lost it's tuning in what seems like a year.

@@401Blues perfect cuz that's what I try to keep it at during the winter with a cool mist humidifier running!! Thank you for watching!!

@@Bassguitarist1985 If I were upstairs I'd need a humidifier, but downstairs the basement remains a lot more humid in winter.

@401Blues yeah upstairs with forced hot air heat without the humidifier it can get to the low 20s in the winter, no bueno.
