Feniex Full Build/Transformation of a 2012 Ford Expedition for a private EMS Corp.

This build done mostly by Matt Sr. As it was taken on outside our fully booked schedule by Sr. to accommodate a new & potential longterm customer.
It was a full decommision/rebuild. We professionally removed all the Code3 equipment(with the exception of the hideaways in the headlights & tailights). Then installed a full Feniex system. We installed a 49" Feniex Quad Exterior lightbar, Feniex dual color surface mounts in the grill on the running boards & rear hatch(color matched mounting flanges). We also installed Feniex Cannons on the front bumper(color matched mounting flanges). A pair of Feniex Fusin 200's in dual color in the rear side windows & the new Feniex Fusion-S 800 lightstick in Red in the rear window. Installed a pair of Tri-Color Feniex UnderMirror Pucks but programmed them to only display Red/White. Feniex StormPro 200, a pair of Feniex Triton 100w Siren Speakers and also the Feniex HAMMER low frequency speaker. All controlled by the Feniex 4200DL Controller. We also installed the Jotto Desk 4200DL consol plate and other JD filler plates to complete the consol. Then ofcoarse as always we installed a Magnetic Mic for the radio & PA mics.
We programmed the 4200DL slide switch to do a cruise mode(Lightbar & Fusion-S 800 only) in position one(1), position two(2) is Red only utilizing the perimeter lights for when they arrive at a hospital and position three(3) is all lights on Red/White & Red/Amber to the rear for running Code. We also gave them a full front flood mode on the Quad lightbar as you see in the video along with the wrap around alley functions afforded with the Quad Lightbar. And ofcoarse the always needed arrow(TA) funtions with the Quad Lightbar & Fusion-S 800 lightstick in the rear window.
What you don't see is all the custom brackets, 3D printed wedges. Let's not leave out that sweet front license plate we made for them with the in-house printed(Emergency Medical Services) reflective 3M vinyl decal on the black license plate blank. We also customized the brackets for the Fusion-S 800, both Fusion 200's, the Triton Speakers then 3D printed wedges for the FSM's on the running boards & in the grill to ensure they broadcast their light beam on a level plain as they should. I'm sure I missed some of the details. But be sure to watch to the end for that night video yall always ask for.
For those who are gonna ask, this video was shot by Sr. up by his residence on our new property. Because he does a complete and final QC test on all projects we put up a tent/makeshift garage next to his residence on the property so he could easily do his final approval test. Utilizing one of our many assets. One of our mobile shops(MU003) One of our fully functional mobile shops designed & built in house. To equipment any of our tech to do onsite installs as if they were in the shop. Because the new property is still under construction currently.

Does that Fusion-S stick require a quad converter or is it standard switching?

This Fusion-S 800 is one that requires the Quad converter. This build was done before Feniex decided to revert back to the standard trigger wire control.

I'm 99.9% sure I'm going to be doing a feniex build I'm going to be mixing in some firewire safety wire with it I love Whelen but feniex just as much does the job and is made in Austin Texas except for the am900 it's not made in the US that's their work light

We are pretty sure the AM900, their beacons, backup alarm, and now flashlight $ dome light are not made in the US.

What do customers generally do with leftover lights when doing a switchover like this? I'm assuming the code 3 stuff is probably still worth something, especially to a private EMS firm.

So we obviously remove all existing equipment professionally with the assumption that the customer may use the equipment in another vehicle or decide to sell it. I do believe this customer specifically is planning to install the Code3 equipment in another vehicle in their fleet.
