FERBER METHOD | OUR EXPERIENCE WITH SLEEP TRAINING

You were about to get a thumbs down for describing the useless times to the dot when your baby would wake up, (we’re in a deficit of attention era), all you had to say was, “my baby would wake up several times through the night at random and inconsistent intervals”. However once you told us that you’ve waited two months to really access the efficiency of this method you just got 2 thumbs up from us 😇👍👍

I like it when she detailed the times of he baby’s night wakes cause it showed a pattern. Each child has their own unique sleep pattern and wake up intervals which could make a difference. I’m happy to know that her baby’s wake times were similar to my son’s so I’m more determined to try the Ferber method.
