I have been completely absorbing your content for the last 5 days and i must say i love all of it, it's informative, exciting at times and very easy to watch, also i enjoy your calm demeanor and way of speaking. All together awesome content. You have also given me something to look forward to, i am currently recovering from a knee injury and watching you do all these activities makes me want to try them out. Awesome vlog - first time I've come across your content! I'm currently recovering from some health issues, having previously been regularly running ultras and training 100km PW. I'm well into my recovery now and finding my feet with training again and I found this really inspiring and motivational. Keep the content coming! Chopping onions near a some kind on ventilation like an open window/door or extractor fan can help reduce or stop eye irritation.

My partner says it's bad to gather calorie estimates of wearable devices such as garmin as its not very accurate. What's your thoughts. Great video BTW

It’s not ‘bad’ - it’s just not perfect and as long as you don’t take it as gospel then it’s not a problem, they’re (proper watches like Garmin, Suunto etc - Apple Watch is useless) the most accurate within an inaccurate data field, so use them as a guideline not definitively.
