Thank you for this video! But isn´t it that all those good and healthy microbes are dying in the stomachs acid? That´s what I´m always afraid of.

Ever had food poisoning? Stomach acid doesn’t stop the microbes from that.

@@nadjat3705 Certain foods can alter the acidity of the stomach acid to make it more hospitable. some foods like meats, can provide the amino acids that bacteria may need to maintain their acid resistance.

I know he advises against them but I think the problem for him is that he considers American industrial products, which also contain sugar, and salt... in Asia and Europe this is not the case! It's another product!

They disagree. It happens, especially on topics like this that scientists haven't been studying for that long yet.

Are Vitamin K containing foods a concern for someone with a blood clotting issue? Thank you. Can green leafy vegetables promote clotting in the body? There seems to be a void in knowledge on this subject out there.
