Ferrari 456M GT- The Practical Sports Car

The Ferrari 456 is a practical Sports Car. Sports cars have always been a childhood dream for car enthusiasts, however a 2 seat configuration is not always the most practical car to have taking up space in the garage. There were many 4 seat or commonly known in the Ferrari world as 2+2 cars available, but many of them lacked adequate room in the rear seats. The Ferrari 456 gives the driver everything they could want in a sports car with 442 hp and a front engine V12 but also with the practicality of 4 seats, all residing in a subdued yes stylish body. The Ferrari 456 came in a few different configurations, and this one is the M GT. The M stands for Modified and GT is Grand Touring. It is the most desirable of all the 456 series seeing as it has the updates that come with the M models, as well as the 6 speed manual transmission. Additionally this 456 only has about 12,000 miles and has just completed a recent major service. When looking to buy a 456 or any Ferrari it is important to know when the last service was performed, as the cam belts and differed maintenance can quickly exceed $5K or even $10K.

This is one of the most beautiful models to come out of the Ferrari Stable. Gorgeous curves and sublime interior. An absolute classic. No nonsense gizmos, or idiotic touch screen displays. Just pure Ferrari at its best.

Only driven a manual 456 GT, this is a dream car especially with bigger rims like those. What I love about the 456&550 is they feel a lot smaller than they are. Great presentation as usual!

I love this car especially with the gated shifter, I hear these are the most reliable newer Ferrari's around, that they can be used as daily drivers with with not so much fear of catastrophic damage as compared to other newer Ferraris, of course always keeping them well serviced and staying on top of things...this is the Ferrari I'm saving for a 456GT with a gated shifter and a nice color.

To me every Ferrari, especially the front engine 12 were about 10 years ahead of the design curve. This car looks early 2000s not early 90s. I mean take a look at the 330 and tell me Nissan wasn’t inspired by it for the Fair Lady 240z

Having had 2, this car is a money pit. Worst, most unreliable car ever. Shit build quality. Buttons fall out of their hole slots. All cars will need valve guides replacing...15k job. Rear shocks leak, shit Bilstein design on the self design system. 3mpg. Drinks like a fish. Doir window regulator screws, the frame holes have been drilled.
