Ferrari F2004 Nordschleife new record run* Assetto Corsa + Setup 4K

This combination of Nordschleife and the V10 monster is so addictive that I couldn't resist taking the record back.
I changed the setup just a little bit and tried to drive as smooth as possible.
If someone beats this, please let me know.

Fantastic driving. I really enjoyed this because it's so satisfying to watch a clean Nordschleife lap (I really dislike excessive riding over the kerbs). Also thanks for the setup ;). Btw, aren't there better camera angles or are all the cameras static in the replay? I wouldn't really know because I rarely use the replay in AC, but this static view misses too much of the action imo.

There are others, but nothing I like. Do you like this one better? kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWW0aZRojLSth6s I wanted to do something different because I already have one video of this combination. The real onboard cam is more intense. I agree with that.

I had the replay camera in mind, the one that starts at 5 minutes. I actually really like the T-camera for replay purposes because it highlights the lines better than 1st person camera.

Ok. There are two TV cams. I personally like the static one, but perhaps the F1 car is really too fast for that. :D. Check out this one. Much slower because of the setup but still very nice to watch. kzbin.info/www/bejne/kJuxlHRppqhsZ9U

GREAT lap, I'm cutting time off my own pb all the time right now, got it down to a 5:01.235, know where I can get faster in the early sectors in particular. Superb drive man, great reference vid for me too!

Sehr befriedigend zum zuschauen, auch schön zu sehen wo man theoretisch mit Vollgas durchkönnte - wenn man denn fahren kann. Fährst du mit oder ohne TC / ABS bzw auf factory settings? Ich streite mich mit meinem Kumpel ob "factory" settings "legit" sind oder ob man sich erst cool fühlen kann wenn alles aus ist.. Grüße!

Ich fahre factory. Ich finde es immer schön, wenn man realistische Einstellungen hat. Michael Schumacher ist das Ding ja auch mit TC gefahren, weil es erlaubt war und schneller war. Straßenautos fahre ich hingegen fast immer ohne TC, weil es mir einfach mehr Spaß macht und die TC da meist grober reinhackt.

Turbo, please help me out on how should I setup my F1 2004 to reach 345 KM/h. I downloaded your setup and for the grip, it is the best one, even improved my final speed but I cannot go more than 314Km/h. thanks a lot.

@@turbojockel9795 Bro, you're a genius. I checked my pedals and my throttle had 90% when full. I had to invert my pedals and now I'm fine. Now my 7th gear goes to 342Km/h. Thanks a lot for the tip. Much appreciated.

@BoneYard TC won't magically give you more grip, so, no.

@BoneYard Indeed, but it won't make a difference of more than 1 - 2 second over a nordschleife lap, done by a great driver. It is a minuscule component of the reason that 2000's v10 cars were so quick.

@BoneYard May be in some Sims. Although TC tends to be a bit overzealous in thoses, cutting the max potential acceleration out of corners. When I was driving at the top tier of competition in project cars 1 aor for example, the top drivers were driving with it off, which they didn't do just to show off their big balls. In real life though for sure theses systems were / are so optimized around the competition that there is no point in running without them if the rules allow it. Kind of a long comment for not that big of an issue lol. Just venting off.
