There is actually two GBC games for Pokémon TCG, unfortunately I believe PTCG2 was only released in Japan, but I still have a cartridge for the original, it was really fun.

I'm guessing the card game video game didn't sell well enough to justify more TCG video game spinoffs...imagine what we could have today if they sold just as well as the main series.

Fae and Fauna and Spiritales look great. Although some of these games look like they still need some more development time. With Spiritales specifically, I was getting a Digimon vibe! Now there's a few more games to add to the lost lol.

Agreed for Spiritales, would be nice a monster taming game with more branched evolution! However, these monsters are way to basic, not impressed at all :(

There is a pokemon card game that does exist. I believe it was for GBA or another one. It's a pretty old game.

I so love pet battle or pet taming or pet farming games with crafting in so much more fun that why I love when Pokemon let you craft Pokemon balls that so much fun as hell and wish more would add this crafting stuff in the game to give more to do other then getting pets or monsters looking forward to what comes out not only this year or next few years of the Nintendo switch life spans until the end of it building up as much physical copy of every mosteer game comes out

Some seem interesting but not digging the aesthetics of most Monster Taming games at all. It's one of the biggest hurdles that MUST be overcome to be good in the genre as getting attached to the monsters visually is huge. The next biggest hurdle is content amount, which hopefully AI will soon make games have pretty much infinite possibilities for new monsters and moves.
